The food is generally good because it's fast food, but the staff member wore a mask that did not cover his mouth or nose. He also did not wear gloves while handling food and was very rude to his colleagues and delivery drivers.

There are a lot of fake reviews about good service in this outlet. I received very bad service from a staff member named Suriya, who showed attitude and was very impatient while I was ordering. The food was cold, and the fries were not crispy at all, seeming like they had been left out for quite a while. The sauce for the chicken and maki was so little, with barely any sauce on them. It was a bad experience.

I saw many fake Google Reviews praising the service and food at the Le Quest Outlet. However, it was the opposite. 1) Bad service. 2) Only 1/4 of the bento box was filled with cold food. 3) Very expensive and not worth the price. Your outlet doesn't deserve any stars.

Came to place an order but found all the staff occupied, so I waited at the counter. Unfortunately, despite being passed by, I waited nearly 5 minutes without any acknowledgment. While the staff who finally attended to me was friendly, it would greatly enhance the experience if staff greeted customers upon arrival or apologized for any wait time. Please prioritize improving the customer service.

Ordering online and picking up at the designated time was easy. The collection was a bit later than the stated time, but it was okay as I could pop into NTUC while waiting. This is a new outlet, so it's quite clean and well-designed for collection. You can see the staff working busily to fulfill orders in their large open kitchen, ensuring the food is prepared fresh. This outlet is only for takeaway and collection, which is quite convenient for nearby residents. The staff were friendly enough, even though they were busy during peak hour meal times. I don't mind going back for takeaway again. The chicken is juicy and the sauce is nice, but the spicy can be quite hot compared to the soy flavor. I'm curious about the chili lime mayo and might try it next time. The crust remained very crispy even 30 minutes after purchase. I ordered another time using a Qoo10 coupon, and redemption at this outlet was fast and easy. The staff was also flexible and obliging to requests, which was very kind. The food was good. The spicy drumlet is a bit hot for me, but I like the kick as the soy flavor, while nice, can be a bit monotonous. It's great they allow mixed flavors. The food was still crispy after taking it home, which is really amazing as soggy fried chicken is the worst.
