Service was good and the staff were friendly. However, the food was really not great. The fries were not evenly seasoned, and some parts of the fish were so thin and mostly batter. The batter was hard too, and the fish itself was dry. The Nacho Cheesy Maki was good though.

Ordered as per the attached photo. The receipt stated x1 6 Pcs Wingettes & Drumettes Combo and x1 chicken chop rice box. However, I only received the drumettes combo set and a chicken chop combo set with fries, NO RICE. Evidence was taken. I returned to the stall and asked for rice. The staff seemed to judge that I hadn't brought the exact boxes I received just now. Judging that I had no evidence, I showed him the photo, but he sounded unhappy with my feedback.

The portion size for the chicken is very small, and the staff preparing the items are so stingy that they don’t use sauce at all. It's just fried chicken with the essence of the taste. The area manager should look into this outlet's food quality. I've had the same issues multiple times, and I don't find this problem in their other outlets.

Went there to grab dinner, but it turned out to be a bad experience. I was told that the NETS portal/machine was broken and they only accepted cash, but that was fine. I wanted to proceed with my order and waited a few minutes before I was acknowledged, even though there were no other customers. The manager was sitting at his desk, drinking his coke, and his crew saw me but ignored me. After a few minutes, I got to order my food, but the server/cashier seemed unhygienic. I took a hygiene course, so I know you're not supposed to serve customers or even give change with dirty, oily gloves, and he did just that! What kind of service is this? I waited a long time for my food to be ready, only for me to throw it away because when I reached home and wanted to eat it, the chicken wasn't even cooked properly! Disgusting! Horrible service, horrible staff, horrible manager. (If I could, I would give a 0 rating!) Why did they change Domino's to 4Fingers? Ugh.

The food came out hot and fresh, and the sauce was delicious. I loved it. The service was good, especially as they provided wet wipes to clean our hands, which was very considerate. Overall, I was satisfied.

5 stars for service and friendly staff. The food was horrible for me. This was my first time ordering today, and the chicken tenders, chicken chop rice set, seafood salted egg rice set, and seafood combo were all disappointing.
