It's a decent place for a quick meal. I was forced to eat elsewhere because the usual restaurant was so full. If you're not fussy, it's pretty okay. What really put me off are those soft toy peddlers. Seriously, it's rude to interrupt diners eating, and the restaurant staff don't seem to be bothered. We come out to eat not just for the food but to enjoy the ambience. It's quite a put-off. The soft toy peddler was insisting I look at what she was offering to sell. Quite an unnecessary nuisance. Otherwise, the food here is really decent, if not marred by inconsiderate peddlers.

Went to Abbas at City Plaza today. Ordered the Ikan Bakar and sambal kangkong. We found a table facing the stall. As the kangkong dish was placed on the counter, we saw a bird eating the food. A staff member from inside the kitchen walked past, saw the bird eating the food, and chose to ignore it, continuing to walk. We then cancelled our order and informed the staff about the unhygienic practices at the food stalls. Their excuse was that they only had three waiters to manage their many stalls. However, this should not be the customers' problem and should not come at the expense of customers' health. We will report this to NEA because who knows how many people might get sick from eating food from their stalls. STAY AWAY!

Disappointing.. Lady waitress wearing hijab and plum size took our order but otw to us she was slamm

Disappointing. A waitress wearing a hijab and of a plum size took our order. On her way to deliver it, she was slamming the tray on the counter. She took our orders as if we owed her money. We then waited about 15 minutes for two food items. The prawn was rotten and had a smell that made the entire dish taste rotten. I ordered Ayam Geprek from the Indonesian store, and they gave me like half a chicken thigh when the photo showed one piece. The sambal is not even geprek; it's a store-bought sambal that tastes like expired chili. The Tom Yum soup I ordered tasted like a public toilet. The smell was the same! It's terrible, please don't waste your money here! SFA should investigate this store! My mum had bad diarrhoea afterwards. Very, very bad.

The price was exorbitant, yet the food was barely tasty. The fried kuey teow was overloaded with overwhelmingly sweet sauces, and the chicken rice was average. The total price was $15. Drinks were $3 each for teh o ice and lime water.

Ordered Tosai, and the chutney was served straight from the fridge. It was damn cold, directly from the refrigerator, and they had the nerve to serve it without any guilt. Not recommended at all.
