I tried the Japanese curry, and it was just pure salt with no other flavors at all. The rice and egg were bland too, making the whole dish super disappointing. It was definitely not worth it. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.

I was at Artease Woodlands Library and ordered an Earl Grey Milk Tea with no sugar. The cashier assured me it had no sugar. Upon receiving and taking a sip, I found it was sweet. When I returned to inquire, I was told it contained condensed milk but no added sugar. When I asked 'what is condensed milk?', the reply was simply 'milk'. This demonstrates poor product knowledge, as condensed milk is at least 50% sugar. I returned the drink and left. There was no offer of a replacement.

Presentation was good. The food taste was mediocre at best. The curry was salty, the egg was bland, and the rice was just rice.

Came here to meet my family for lunch and was a bit early, so I decided to get a drink while I waited. The service was painfully slow. I wasn't even acknowledged. I had to ask if I could order, only to be told they were too busy to take an order. It gave the impression they just didn't want any business. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I waited to order, then waited for my drink. I expected several large orders ahead of me, but there were only two other drink orders. Quite amateurish. To top it off, the latte was disappointingly small and distinctly lacking in any espresso flavour. It was just boiling hot watery milk. I can't comment on any food offerings, as we decided to go elsewhere due to how long it took just for a drink. Overall, it was just a disappointing experience. A good start would be if they improve their service speed and customer service.

Visited on 29th March to meet a client. We had fish and chips, spicy chicken pasta, and the promotional milk tea. Apart from the pasta being a little dry, the fish and chips and chicken were tasty. It was a nice place to sit around for a meal and quiet enough to chat. The staff member at the counter was very friendly. He was also very thoughtful when another customer who ordered fish and chips didn't turn up when their food was ready. He ensured the customer was truly absent before offering it to us. He explained, "I have to make sure the customer is not here, but I also don't want to keep the food here as it will turn cold. Also, if the customer really doesn't turn up, the food might be wasted." Good job!

The croffle with Apple Cinnamon ice cream is recommended. The ice cream has apple cubes inside, and the cinnamon balances the taste perfectly. Plus, the croffle was crispy too!

It’s my first time visiting Artease Cafe @ Woodlands, and the service provided by the owner/manager was excellent. It’s great to learn that they are hiring youth with disabilities! I will definitely come again to enjoy a black coffee at Artease Cafe to support the youth in need indirectly. Thank you so much.
