The entire restaurant had only 3 people dining in, yet we still had to wait over 30 minutes for the food to be ready. I don't know what they were doing in the kitchen. If there were many patrons, I could totally understand the preparation time, but with only 3 people eating inside. The manager told me to wait 5-10 minutes, but after 30 minutes, the food was still not ready. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would for this kind of lazy service.

The food quality has dropped over the years. 1. We ordered curry udon, and the broth came out diluted and very salty. We couldn't finish our meal. 2. Umekakiage (tempura dish on the right of the photo). The tempura vegetables came with mayonnaise and some sauce that didn't complement each other well. Tempura gets soggy over time, and the sauce overpowered the dish's taste. 3. The cod fish meal with rice was edible, but the flavour was mediocre. Not much of its taste stood out. In terms of atmosphere, the staff were raising their voices to one another when conversing. We're not sure why that was the case. Overall, we did not enjoy our dinner and felt the whole experience was not worth the price we paid. We hope the management can look into improving all these details.
