The chicken was so tough, the hardest chicken cutlet I've ever had. The fusilli was tough and very dry, as if it had been reheated 3 to 4 times. It cost $13.90. Very disappointed. The food was wasted just like that. I tried my best to finish it, but the chicken just could not be cut.

Overall, the food was not worth it. The rice was very mushy, obviously too much water was used. The chicken was half the size compared to when we ate last year. Disappointed with the food quality.

Came here on a weekend to have lunch with my daughter. It was my second time here, and it will be my last. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks and another 30 minutes for our food. Only to realize that my baked rice had NOTHING but cheese and egg, which cost me $7.90. It was expensive like mad, like daylight robbery.

Frankly speaking, the food is not that nice. The spaghetti was a little mushy, stuck to my teeth, and was quite tasteless. It tasted like either poor quality spaghetti or it was cooked badly. The cream sauce lacked any creaminess, tasting only of black pepper. The teriyaki chicken tasted okay... really just okay. We saw the menu online stating it cost $8.50, but when we came here, it was $10.90. It's quite a jump in price, but still somewhat acceptable, even though the food was really not good. The environment was okay, though, as it's within a library. If it were located elsewhere, we would never go there to eat. But would we go here to eat again? No... probably not. It really doesn't taste good. Many children ate here, though, and it feels a little pricey for children's food. The kids' menu and regular menu are priced the same, with different portion sizes. Reply to owner: I forgot to add that the kids' meal includes a babycino or triple chocolate. We ordered the triple chocolate, and it tasted pretty good with a solid chocolate taste, unlike some that mix Milo with cheap chocolate powder. This triple chocolate is a good, solid drink.

Edit (dropped 5 stars to 3): Went back another day at 7pm and was told there were no more pearls. I asked the staff what time the pearls usually sell out, and she was unable to answer. I was surprised by her answer; if she's worked there long enough, why wouldn't she know when the pearls usually run out? If they're out, why wouldn't they make another batch? I don't think I'll patronize again. Disappointed.

Very decent mains, even though it seems to be more of a dessert cafe! The chicken rendang, cream pasta with teriyaki chicken, and salted saba with rice are all good options to try. You can top up a little more to get a drink with your meal as well. The only downside is that the kitchen seems to be small, and it took a while to fulfil our orders.

Visited on 29th March to meet a client. We had fish and chips, spicy chicken pasta, and the promotional milk tea. Apart from the pasta being a little dry, the fish and chips and chicken were tasty. It was a nice place to sit around for a meal and quiet enough to chat. The staff member at the counter was very friendly. He was also very thoughtful when another customer who ordered fish and chips didn't turn up when their food was ready. He ensured the customer was truly absent before offering it to us. He explained, "I have to make sure the customer is not here, but I also don't want to keep the food here as it will turn cold. Also, if the customer really doesn't turn up, the food might be wasted." Good job!

The croffle with Apple Cinnamon ice cream is recommended. The ice cream has apple cubes inside, and the cinnamon balances the taste perfectly. Plus, the croffle was crispy too!
