Their commitment to quality extends across their focused menu, with options like the Truffle Mushroom Burger and standalone mac & cheese dishes starting from S.90, proving that gourmet doesn't have to mean expensive.

Tried the cheese and fish burgers via Grab about three years ago. Had the cheeseburger again, this time dining in. The experience was similar. The buns were too soft, not fluffy. The taste of the patty and sauce were quite mediocre. The fries were crispy and generous in portion. I think McDonald's is tastier (and cheaper) - and that says a lot. The staff was friendly.

The portion size was good! We got the single patty that comes with fries. The black bun doesn’t taste different from a regular bun, in case you’re wondering. I got the cheeseburger and taste-wise, I’d say it’s just under average. The fries also weren’t too flavourful, but they were well-salted. If I was craving a burger, I think McDonald's would be a better experience.

Ordered 4 burgers: the truffle mushroom, the original with double patties, pulled brisket, and the grilled chicken burger. I had the truffle mushroom and found the patty not thick enough. More importantly, the truffle mushroom with sauce was too salty. The charcoal bun was soft, though. And the fries were soft inside and crispy on the outside. Price-wise, it's okay... but they should really fix the saltiness of the truffle mushroom burger.

I know they are famous for their burgers, but with a $10 budget, I went with their Mushroom Mac and Cheese. The flavour was a bit too strong for my liking. However, for the price ($7.50) and the portion, it was definitely filling. (P.S. Be ready to drop more than $10 for their burgers; they're expensive.)

I would only rate the food here as I ordered this through Grab. Contrary to reviews I saw, the burger was actually decent. I ordered the grilled teriyaki chicken burger, and the charcoal bun was soft. The grilled chicken thigh was flavorful and, most importantly, not dry; in fact, the burger was juicy and satisfying. The fries were average at best. If you need a quick burger fix, this beats any of the fast food offerings hands down.

Ordered some fries while waiting for friends to arrive. They were served fairly quickly by a friendly group of young staff. While the fries were a bit soggy and drenched in sauce, the flavor was still enjoyable. Most importantly, the place is halal!

Not bad western stuff at a hawker centre. They are very happy people and it shows in their foods.

Not bad Western food at a hawker centre. The people are very happy, and it shows in their food. More than happy to patronise again. Everyone should!

Finally managed a review! We've kept forgetting to post the photos in the past. Was looking for something different and saw the menu, so we decided to go ahead. Let's dive in! Food: Yummy! It's on par with some restaurants and a definite 5-star. Those who are hungrier and can eat more should go for the double patty. Service: Staff were very patient as we were fumbling a bit with the phone payment. The staff were all smiles, which is a good sign of great food. Atmosphere: Located right under the army market, with a mosque beside and hotels opposite. The whole place is constantly flooded with customers, especially during lunch and evening. If you are nearby, get your burger fix here. Cheers!

Ordered their burgers through GrabFood. Although the fries were rather soggy after 3 hours, they were great! We particularly enjoyed the pulled beef fries. Burger-wise, we weren't blown away, but the burgers are considered good quality for their price. The truffle mushroom burger is not bad, but it tasted a little like Burger King's Mushroom Swiss. Additionally, we felt that the pulled beef burger was average at best. Nevertheless, I recommend giving Ashes Burnnit a try – perhaps not through GrabFood; I reckon they would taste a lot better fresh!
