Ashes Burnnit has revolutionized Singapore's halal burger scene by delivering gourmet-quality burgers at affordable hawker prices, rapidly expanding from a single stall to eight strategic locations across the island. This Muslim-owned establishment has earned recognition for making premium burger experiences accessible to the masses, with their signature charcoal buns and innovative fusion of local and Western flavors that set them apart in Singapore's competitive burger market.
The restaurant's flagship creation, the Best of Both Worlds Burger, perfectly exemplifies their fusion philosophy by combining handcrafted beef patty with smoked turkey bacon, parmesan mozzarella cheese, and their famous mac & cheese, all nestled in a distinctive charcoal bun for just S. Their commitment to quality extends across their focused menu, with options like the Truffle Mushroom Burger and standalone mac & cheese dishes starting from S.90, proving that gourmet doesn't have to mean expensive.
With locations spanning from Golden Mile Food Centre to Bedok, Alexandra Village, Ang Mo Kio, Tampines, Woodlands, and Teck Whye, Ashes Burnnit has successfully brought restaurant-quality burgers to heartland communities. Their strong social media presence and loyal following demonstrate how innovative Muslim entrepreneurs can create successful food businesses that bridge cultural tastes while maintaining halal standards, making Ashes Burnnit a standout example of Singapore's evolving halal dining landscape.

Tried the cheese and fish burgers via Grab about three years ago. Had the cheeseburger again, this time dining in. The experience was similar. The buns were too soft, not fluffy. The taste of the patty and sauce were quite mediocre. The fries were crispy and generous in portion. I think McDonald's is tastier (and cheaper) - and that says a lot. The staff was friendly.

The portion size was good! We got the single patty that comes with fries. The black bun doesn’t taste different from a regular bun, in case you’re wondering. I got the cheeseburger and taste-wise, I’d say it’s just under average. The fries also weren’t too flavourful, but they were well-salted.
If I was craving a burger, I think McDonald's would be a better experience.

I would only rate the food here as I ordered this through Grab. Contrary to reviews I saw, the burger was actually decent. I ordered the grilled teriyaki chicken burger, and the charcoal bun was soft. The grilled chicken thigh was flavorful and, most importantly, not dry; in fact, the burger was juicy and satisfying. The fries were average at best. If you need a quick burger fix, this beats any of the fast food offerings hands down.

Used to be delicious and reasonably priced. Now the fries don't taste as crisp. Nothing unique about the burger. The price has gone up significantly for the burger and fries. Was charged $0.40 for a takeaway box like this which cannot even be reused. A simple cheeseburger with fries cost $8.40, and this is sold at a hawker centre!

Ordered their burgers through GrabFood. Although the fries were rather soggy after 3 hours, they were great! We particularly enjoyed the pulled beef fries.
Burger-wise, we weren't blown away, but the burgers are considered good quality for their price. The truffle mushroom burger is not bad, but it tasted a little like Burger King's Mushroom Swiss. Additionally, we felt that the pulled beef burger was average at best. Nevertheless, I recommend giving Ashes Burnnit a try – perhaps not through GrabFood; I reckon they would taste a lot better fresh!

For the price point, it's comparable to Shake Shack prices but slightly cheaper. However, the quality doesn't feel like Shake Shack. The pulled pork burger is just meat between charcoal bread. The breads were soggy, which I guess made them easier to prepare and hence served fast. The BBQ pork sauce was alright, sweet. Upgrading to cheese fries costs an extra $2.50, which feels standard. A one-time purchase. I probably won't be back.

Friendly crew, with burgers at wallet-friendly prices. I had a single patty cheeseburger. The patty was juicy and tender, and I opted for the light burger bun instead of the charcoal bun. It was tasty, though the portion wasn't large, which is excellent for those who don't want to feel stuffed and want to reserve space for other tasty fare. The fries were somewhat thick-cut and still crispy immediately after serving, although they may not survive well as a takeaway.

The Chipotle chicken burger was a bit spicy, which was okay for me but challenging for my young son. The sauce goes well with the chicken patty, which was lucky because the meat was pretty dry and lacked much flavor inside.
The Signature #1 ashes burger was quite good; the patty is juicy and the cheesy sauce complements the meat well.
Fries were always nice and crispy. I even added another order for the family!
