Tried their biriyani a few times and it's not bad, worth the price compared to other restaurants in the CBD area. The atmosphere is also okay. Service was good and efficient.

I have no idea what these other reviewers are on about. Yes, it's pricey, but the portion is big and the quality is good. It's a biryani full of flavour and spice. I had the young mutton biryani. It would be nice if it came with pappadum/curry for the high price, though!

The place is located a few hundred meters away from Tanjong Pagar MRT and Plaza. It is a very popular biryani spot in the CBD area, so expect high crowds during peak hours. Don't be surprised if twenty to thirty people flood the restaurant at once. We had to wait almost fifteen minutes to get our food due to the crowd. I tried the mutton biryani and definitely recommend it, as the taste was quite good with all the spices, and the meat was tender and cooked really well. The chicken biryani had the same taste in the rice, but the chicken itself was somewhat average. They do have fish and vegetarian with egg options. No curry is served with the biryani. The price is reasonable. Recommended.

Not crowded at all for a weekday lunch. Recommended by an Indian colleague, the briyani was amazing. It wasn't oily at all, and they cook the meat (chicken/mutton etc.) together with the rice, so the flavour is infused. Instead of curry, the briyani is served with a yoghurt dressing on the side. I liked that you can pick the size, as most briyanis are pretty huge in portion. The standard size is regular, but if you're a small eater, you can get a small-sized one.
A must-try there is the kulfi, a very cute milk-based ice cream that's herby and topped with pistachio. It was my first time trying it, and I loved it! FairPrice, please sell it in your frozen foods section. Thanks.

Definitely one of the best Biryanis in Singapore. We tried the Kid goat (regular) and Chicken biryani (small). The portion sizes looked small but were actually perfect for the two of us. The meat is so well cooked and the spices enhance the Biryani rice flavour. Served with sides of yogurt that also has a hint of green chilli. The fish fry was very good, and so were the Kulfis.
