The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service was undesirable. We were seated in a corner and despite our attempts, we couldn't get the staff's attention to take our order. It was frustrating to see that other customers who arrived later and sat in more visible areas were attended to first. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes, I decided to walk to the cashier to place our order. The staff then told me to sit down, and they would come over. We ordered additional food after our meal was served, but it took a very long time to arrive. When we asked the staff about the status, he said he would check but never returned with an update. We only found out the order hadn't even been prepared when we chose to cancel it and settle the bill. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing and fell below expectations.

This was my first time here, and it wasn't a good experience. I would suggest that the management or the person in charge of the outlet improve their interpersonal skills. The managers definitely need to work on providing excellent service and creating a positive dining experience. I simply asked to change tables and hadn't even started ordering or placed my order. What I received from the male Malay manager was an attitude in his tone and mild exasperation on his face.
And the food was meh.

Overall food taste: 3.5/5⭐️ Finally dropped by to dine in at this place after seeing some previous good reviews! I had the fish & chips - a menu item I was looking forward to try after coming across those few positive reviews. I liked that the fillets were rather sizeable and nicely deep-fried - not too greasy/overdone, and the fries were crisp and light as well. The salad was quite refreshing too. My order came with tomato soup (of the day) as an appetiser, which tasted quite okay though a tad lukewarm.
My only gripe would be that the fillets tasted extremely healthy and bland - seemingly as if cooked without any seasoning at all. Not a problem for the super health-conscious; I personally would prefer this to it being overly salty/oily, but it may not be to the liking of the majority.
My plate was replaced after the waiter initially served the food, as he somehow noted that the original fillets served were notably smaller in portion size (than pictured previously) and appeared much oilier to me as well. Kudos to the kind gesture though, much appreciated!
Would probably try the other menu items if I drop by again in the future.

We were greeted and served by very friendly staff! The food tastes amazing; the Calamari Rings were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside! (I love the fact that it is lightly breaded, allowing us to taste more of the seafood flavour.) The carrot cake was warm and served with ice cream – the best combo!

Had a department dinner at Brio @ Jurong Point. The food was good, the atmosphere was nice, and the waitress was friendly. I tried the Australian ribeye with mashed potato, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper sauce. The steak was juicy and cooked to medium doneness. The mushroom soup was tasty and creamy. We had truffle fries and taters as appetizers. Overall, it was a satisfying meal experience!

The lunch set comes with either a free soup of the day or a choice of drink. The chicken and salmon were nicely done, well-seasoned, and not too dry. The Salmon Thai Basil Cream Linguine also tasted delicious with its spicy sour sauce. The salmon was tender without being overcooked. Service from the staff was prompt and great.
