Went to the Yong Tao Foo stall during lunch for a takeaway. When the aunty asked ‘separate or together’, I didn't understand if she wanted me to mix my soup with the rice or the ingredients with the soup. Upon asking for clarification, she shouted at me and started talking negatively about me to her colleague. I apologised for the confusion and told her she didn't have to shout. She ignored me and continued cursing. It was so humiliating as it happened during peak hour. I'm a regular patron there and usually, when I ask for extra sauce, they don't charge me. I'm not sure if it's their policy or what, but this aunty charged me, which I don't mind paying. Why is it sometimes free and sometimes I need to pay? Is it just because you don't like me that you're asking me to pay? No receipt was given for the extra sauce requested. And I just checked! She didn't give me the extra sauce that I paid for. Total paid $8.40 for rice + 7 items. The price list stated otherwise. If the aunty doesn't like you, she charges you as if she owns the stall.

Review for fish soup stall: Don’t bother upsizing or adding extra noodles/fish. It is not worth it; the noodles are barely more than a normal portion, and you'll only get about 2-3 extra pieces of fish. It costs $12+ after adding both noodles and fried fish.

Nasi Padang stall. Patronised this stall a long time ago and was surprised by the expensive bill. Decided to give it a second try today and guess what, $11.70 for a meal consisting of rice, fish, tempe, and vegetables. The taste is nice, but be prepared for a pricier than usual bill for a normal meal.

I just don't understand why there's no chili padi. I ordered yong tau foo but there was no chili padi. I managed to get chili padi from the Ban Mian stall. The food here is so-so. But still, no chili padi. Is chili padi expensive?

Order a Promo 1 which is Kway Teow with Oyster Omelette at Wok Delight, i request for no vegetables

I ordered Promo 1, which is Kway Teow with Oyster Omelette, at Wok Delight. I requested no vegetables, but when they called my order, it still had vegetables on it. I know it's a small issue, but I paid for what I eat. The staff still told me, 'It's only a little bit, you still can't?' I kindly said no, and they redid it again with an attitude. I understand it's struggling and annoying during peak hours, but you shouldn't treat us this way if you want us to be your loyal customers.

It's quite hard to get a table during dining hours. They have a lot of fun-looking selections: mala, YTF, rice bowls, etc. The Thosai and its dips were very good, and the Gobi 65 was yummy. The Nasi Padang was flavourful, though I felt that their pricing was shockingly high for the location and ambiance.

The fried carrot cake in the food court was not bad. The portioning was very good. It was a bit sweet, but I liked the radish in big chunks. And actually, there are no more fried carrot cake stalls in the whole of JP, so this is the only place to get my fried carrot cake craving fixed.
