Had lunch at the fish soup stall. It cost $6.50. I checked and was told that it did not come with noodles. After paying $7.50, I found only 2 slices of fish (none fried, though I ordered option 4 with both normal and fried fish). The generous amount of bitter gourd was not worth more than $4 for a bowl! Exorbitantly overpriced! Even more expensive than restaurants!

The seats are so close to each other. If there were a fire, I think many would not be able to escape. Please do something about this. The Japanese curry rice stall is super lousy and expensive. It looks nice but the quality is very bad. Try at your own risk. I won’t visit this Food Court again.

One good thing is that all the food is halal, but don't expect anything fancy. Price-wise, it's not cheap and not really expensive. The walking space is quite cramped, to the point where the cleaner pushing the trolley bin will sometimes hit you while you're eating – yes, it's that close. Overall, I give it a 6/10.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent dining experience at your establishment

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent dining experience at your establishment on 26 July. I ordered the satay goreng chicken egg rice, and unfortunately, I found that the chicken was not thoroughly cooked. This not only affected my dining experience but also raised serious concerns about food safety. Here are the details of my experience: - Date of visit: 26/7 - Time of visit: 2:42 PM - Dish name: Satay goreng chicken egg rice - Issue: The chicken was not fully cooked, with the center still appearing pink. As a loyal customer of your restaurant, I have always trusted the quality of your food. However, this experience has caused me to question the safety of your meals. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. To address this unpleasant experience, I would appreciate a refund. Additionally, I hope that your restaurant will strengthen its food safety protocols to ensure that every customer can enjoy safe and delicious meals. I look forward to your response.

First time there, I ordered a fried chicken cutlet curry rice from Omu Curry Rice & Donburi and Basil fried chicken with rice from Telur Thai. It was a great disappointment. Our food was not good. We are not the type to waste food, but we ate only about a quarter portion and threw the rest away. I hope you can do something about your cooking skills.

Decided to give the breakfast set a try for the first time after seeing a yuan yang bun option. And surprisingly, it was pretty good overall. The bun had the yuan yang taste and was soft and pillowy. It was slathered with a good amount of kaya and butter. The soft-boiled eggs were almost perfect, and the kopi siu dai was a tad thin compared to the likes of Ya Kun, but not bad. It wasn't burnt nor bitter. I was also pleasantly surprised by the friendly service of the staff, instead of the usual rush and brash attitude that I often encounter in a coffeeshop.

Plenty of seats, spacious, and many stalls here. As of now, all food at the foodcourt is halal. Prices are reasonable and there's a variety of cuisines. It's always busy with diners, even on weekdays.

During my recent visit to Monster Western at Cantine by Kopitiam in Pasir Ris Mall, I was impressed by the overall dining experience. ️ We ordered the Chicken Steak Aglio Olio and the Ramly beef burger. The Chicken Steak Aglio Olio was particularly noteworthy, offering a well-balanced blend of flavors and perfectly cooked pasta. While the Ramly beef burger was flavorful, its price seemed disproportionate to its size, suggesting room for improvement in terms of value. The establishment boasts a pleasant and clean ambience, with an extensive selection of food options to cater to diverse preferences. The drinks were well-prepared and complemented our meal nicely. I was particularly appreciative of the diligence and competence displayed by the cleaning staff, maintaining a pristine environment throughout our visit. ✨ I am eager to return and explore other vendors' offerings in the future. Overall, Monster Western provides a commendable dining experience.
