The quality of the food has been drastically lowered. Like, what even is this 2-piece chicken I got? The thigh is smaller than the drumstick... Never eating here again.

Normally this is a good store overall, but I got food poisoning on Wednesday, June 4th, at 3:30 AM after eating here on Tuesday, June 3rd, around 8 PM. It has to be this place because I was vomiting pure chicken puree onto my bathroom floor while simultaneously having diarrhea. Not fun. I ordered one spicy and one original.

Ordered delivery via Grab. It seems the drink was packed upside down, as by the time it arrived, the bottom of the bag was leaking and marinating the chicken tenders in coke. What an experience.

Today at 6:30 PM on 21/05, my food was ready. I asked politely, but they ignored me. I then called out to the person in the red shirt, who turned out to be the manager. Is this how Jollibee Pasir Ris Mall is trained, like your home restaurant? Haha, damn lousy. The service by the female manager and the Malay guy serving was poor. When I asked for more chili, they said there was no more, even though I saw them giving it to other people. The manager was wearing home clothes, not a uniform, and wasn't wearing a hairnet in the kitchen. Very poor and unprofessional; I'm afraid of getting sick while eating. Totally a bad experience. Something needs to be done about the manager's and staff's attitude and work environment. Please give me an answer soon.

Self-checkout machines are forever having errors. No spicy options at 8 pm for the rest of the night? The rubbish bins are disgusting and no one cleared them at all. Disappointing that the staff care more about Grab drivers than paying attention to the self-kiosks. 16 Dec, 2nd review. Disappointing service yet again. I ordered 3 sets and was given incomplete items. I reached home and returned, but they were not apologetic at all. Haters will say I should have checked my order, but you are providing a service and I am paying. This is the bare minimum service I should receive before you release the order to me. Seriously...

Stopped by for dinner, and the food did not disappoint. The Chickenjoy was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, especially when paired with their signature gravy. Service was quick despite the dinner crowd, and the place was clean and well-maintained. A solid spot for a satisfying meal.
