Ordered the chicken tenders but they all came looking so sad and small. I am a big fan of Jollibee's chicken tenders, and the usual standard is more than double the size of what was given to me by the Bedok outlet. I've seen other reviews also noting this issue; please do better.

There are so many staff around, yet customers have to wait a long time, and no one attends to cash payment orders. Sometimes, when I choose ShopBack payment which requires counter payment, there is also no staff assisting. This is not the first time it has happened. In addition, the staff's attitude is not friendly. I hope the company can pay more attention to the quality of service.

I placed my order and about 10 minutes later, the staff informed me that the spicy meat would take an additional 20 minutes and asked if I was okay to wait. I agreed. However, after waiting 20 minutes and bringing the food home, I discovered they had given me the original (non-spicy) meat instead. What was the point of asking me to wait if you weren’t going to give me what I ordered?
Very disappointing experience. Please double-check orders before handing them to customers.
Also, when I was placing my order, I observed a Malay female staff member arguing with a Grab delivery driver — not a very professional impression.

We visited this outlet for dinner on 25/12/24. We had to wait quite long in the queue, even though there was only one customer in front of us. He also had to wait a long time. There were two people near the cashier, but no one was attending to him. Upon reaching the cashier, I was told that there was no "nets" service available. I ordered three sets of the Double Deluxe Cheeseburger meal, but received three sets of Yum Burger meals instead. When I collected my order and realized it was not what I ordered, the person at the claim area said that the Double Deluxe was unavailable.
1) No one informed me that it was unavailable when I was ordering.
2) The cashier decided on her own to order something else for me.
We ended up having to eat what we received. Three adults eating tiny, kid-sized burgers. This is ridiculous. The restaurant was not busy at all. What's your excuse, Jollibee?

Ordered for takeaway. When I got home, the sauce or dip for the chicken was spilt and not closed properly. The cashier in the red shirt was not very friendly; it was like he was being forced to work. Also, no cutlery was provided for the takeaway. Not the kind of service I was expecting.
