I arrived at this shop around 7 pm. There were many people inside because the fried chicken was really delicious, and I often came here. Later, my number was assigned, and I went to pick up my meal. I was followed by a little girl who had the next dine-in order. The front desk clerk initially ignored me, even though I stated my order number twice. They then proceeded to serve the little girl behind me. The little girl repeatedly asked, 'What?' I later asked her, and she said they didn't know each other. I think this experience was very bad. Even though the little girl expressed her confusion multiple times, the male shop assistant didn't realize he should have stopped.

Bloody forgetful and stingy staffs, often didn’t give the rice and gave normal coke instead of coke
The staff are forgetful and stingy, often failing to provide the rice and serving regular Coke instead of Coke Zero as ordered. Furthermore, they are very parsimonious with the gravy and chicken portions. The Caltex outlet is arguably much better.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Jollibee Jurong Point was too poor to ignore.
First off, the food was a major letdown. I ordered the Burger Steak Meal, and the “steak” I received was pitifully small — it looked more like a meat sample than an actual meal. To top it off, the chicken was incredibly dry and overcooked. For a brand that prides itself on juicy Chickenjoy, this was anything but joyful.
But the worst part wasn’t even the food — it was the service. My friend ordered a pineapple juice at the self-service kiosk, but due to some glitch, the receipt came out as bottled water. He clearly selected pineapple juice — we both saw it. When he approached the counter staff to explain, they brushed him off and simply handed him water, without any effort to fix the issue or offer a reasonable solution. They could have just charged a small top-up and corrected the drink, but no — they just shrugged it off.
This kind of attitude is unacceptable for any food outlet, let alone one in a busy shopping mall. Poor food quality, careless service, and zero accountability. Jollibee at Jurong Point seriously needs to retrain staff and revisit what customer service actually means.

I was at Jollibee Jurong Point today, 1st September 2025, around 10:57 AM, and I ordered two à la carte meals of chicken with burger steak. I asked the staff why rice was not included, and she told me that the meal I ordered did not come with rice. However, the picture on the menu clearly shows rice. If I'm not mistaken, 'à la carte' usually means no drinks, not no rice.
I asked her twice, but she kept insisting that rice was not included and even asked if I wanted to pay extra for it. This is ridiculous. I have ordered many times at Jollibee, and this is the first time I was told that rice was not part of the meal.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the staff member, but she was wearing a tudung and seemed to be in charge of arranging Grab deliveries at the side of the counter. Perhaps this is also why some Grab orders end up incomplete—because employees like her may not know how to check orders properly or might lack proper training.
I hope this feedback helps her improve. Next time, if she is unsure, she should ask for help from a colleague. As customers, we expect good service.
Thank you.
