As if angry, unsmiling faces weren’t enough, now the quality of the chicken has become bad too! Tough, chewy, and not juicy at all. This is not the Jollibee I’m used to! Terrible and disappointing… Not coming back to Paya Lebar Square Jollibee again. Hopefully, there’s still some other Jollibee in Singapore that serves proper juicy spicy chicken. As for service, well… this is Singapore, so I’ve stopped expecting even basic courtesy and manners from the so-called “service staff.”

7th April 2025 at around 4:14pm Jollibee PAYA LEBAR. I ordered spaghetti and Chicken Joy. I provided feedback at the counter that the Chicken Joy seemed not fully cooked and was still pinkish. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, and the manager simply said, “Cooked,” and then turned her back – finished. I didn't ask for anything, but is that how they handle customer feedback at the Jollibee Paya Lebar Singapore branch?

On July 6th at 2:13 PM, I ordered my food, requesting two thighs and one drum. The cashier informed me there would be a 15-minute wait, which I agreed to. At 2:35 PM, my order was still not ready, so I checked with a Malay lady wearing black, whom I assumed was the manager. She couldn't find my order, so I showed her a photo. She explained that they were primarily cooking spicy chicken due to a promotion that day. I had to repeat my order, and she then told me they would fry the original chicken now, requiring another 15-minute wait. I finally received my order at 2:52 PM. From what I understand, the management prioritized cooking the spicy chicken orders, causing me to wait 40 minutes for my original chicken order. There was also a lapse in order tracking, as the manager couldn't locate my order. I considered asking for a refund after waiting 30 minutes but decided against it due to logistical difficulties and the sunk cost fallacy. I find it unfair that I had to spend extra time waiting for my food. I expect follow-up actions to be taken regarding my complaint.

Used to be better but somehow I felt the chicken is not as nic
I frequent this outlet several times. It used to be better, but somehow I felt the chicken is not as nice as before. The original tasted kind of strange. Service felt mixed up; we waited quite long, and several people who ordered after me were served first. However, the staff were on the ball, and the cleaner uncle was really friendly and pleasant.
