I am a big fan of the Jollibee franchise and love the food. However, I consistently receive poor service from the Tampines outlet.
My most recent order was incomplete. I paid for a Bucket, ala carte Spaghetti, and a Burger Steak Meal with Rice. However, the rice was missing, and service was extremely slow. This was surprising given the quiet environment after the lunch rush.
Please do not shortchange willing and paying customers. I urge you to review your processes to ensure customers receive exactly what they pay for.

Dined here twice, and both times my chicken was pink. Not properly cooked all the way through! Out of three chicken dishes, only one was okay; the other two were pink. A horrible food experience. The pasta was good though.

One of the worst experiences ever at Jollibee Century Square. I had to order via Grab pickup because the self-ordering machine was laggy, and customers in front of me were showing signs of frustration using it. Only two out of three machines were operational. I ordered via Grab pickup and walked around the mall while waiting.
I returned to the outlet when the app notified me that my order was ready for collection. To my horror, my food wasn't ready. I asked one of the staff members (a Chinese gentleman), and he just told me it wasn't ready. Then why would you ask your customer to pick up the food? I asked him to check, and he responded in Chinese, expecting me to understand. He kept answering in Chinese, indicating he really couldn't speak English. He was very rude, and while packing my order, he was muttering in Chinese and just throwing my sauces in. The Grab riders advised me to approach the manager.
The manager was even worse! Her back was facing the counter, and there was absolutely no space for me to ask questions. As a manager, you should be aware of the situation on the ground and understand the bottlenecks, especially when customers are angry and waiting to ask a question. She showed no quality as a manager.
Jollibee management, please look into this outlet, especially given the low Google reviews. Also, please do not hire staff who cannot speak basic English. This is the worst, worst outlet ever!

We love the Jollibee franchise and have been going to them for years. However, this location has been the worst one we've been to by far.
We have visited this store about 6 different times over the last few months. The first two times it was decent. The spicy chicken was juicy and the skin was crunchy. However, the original chicken was very dry, and my wife didn’t like it. It wasn’t a huge deal as she switched to spicy the next few times without issue.
Then, within the last two months, the food has gone completely downhill. Comparing this location to Lucky Plaza is a night and day difference. The Lucky Plaza location always has juicy chicken with great crispy skin.
The last 4 visits here, the spicy chicken has been dry and not flavorful. The fries have been cold, and the rice overcooked. We've never had an issue with service here, but the food quality is bad, and we won’t be going back anytime soon, which is very unfortunate since this location is so close to us.
One last note: The tables seem to always be dirty, and the floors covered in rice. I don’t expect it to be perfect, but it should still be cleaner than what it is. Also, it seems like every time we place an order there, the kiosk fails to print our receipt.

30 Dec 2023 - Takeaway at 2:30pm.
Fried chicken that was NOT CRISPY, NOT JUICY & had average/below-average flavour.
Come here if the above-mentioned is what you're looking for...
Basically a waste of money & calories.
No crunch or crisp to the batter/skin at all, even after heating it up in the oven.
White meat parts like the breast & wing were super dry & hard. Brown meat parts like the thigh, drumstick & rib weren't juicy either, but at least they weren't mushy.
I had both the original & spicy. The flavour for the original was just average. The spicy was just an overwhelming heat/peppery spice coming across without much other flavour. The gravy was blah....
I don't understand why people eat this at all...

It gets crowded, especially on weekends. It seems understaffed due to the high volume of orders. It's best to eat on the spot if you can get seats, as the chicken is less tasty for takeaway.

For takeaway, come early to avoid the long queues. Their best menu item is the spicy chicken burger. It was quite swift in the morning on a weekend. The burger is packed nicely, and I love the small plastic holder they provide for the burger bun. The sauce is perfectly spicy, and the chicken part is made with chicken breast, which is correct.
The spicy chicken burger from Jollibee is also good and popular. If you're looking for a great spicy chicken burger, this place is one of the best around. The bun is soft and has some sesame seeds on top. It's a great choice.
