I ordered the value for 2 meal via Deliveroo, but it only came with 1 set meal and that's all. Missing a lot of items (2 drinks, 2 chicken). What was the staff doing? Really pissed off when I'm busy with something and my order ends up like this. Won't come here again!

Hello, I ordered food at Jollibee today but did not receive the pasta and mashed potatoes I ordered, even though the merchant collected the payment. I called Jollibee but it was closed. How can I resolve this? I paid for food but didn't receive it. The food and sauce were cold. The french fries were very cold and hard.

This is a pickup store only, and it's not even functioning correctly for pickup service. How can this be happening?

We were utterly disappointed, especially since we've been very supportive of Jollibee. It seems the quality has been sliding down. As you can see from the picture, the chicken was dry and not juicy at all. We used to devour practically the whole chicken, but now... even the fries were hard and cold. It's no longer as pleasant as it used to be, and this isn't the first time. It also depends on the timing of your order; you might be given pieces that have been sitting and waiting for the next order. Perhaps we need to bring attention to the FSA to see if there are any lacking processes in food quality. Management should look into this, as this should not be happening again.

The staff did not know their own menu well and had difficulty keying in the correct item I wanted. I did not receive all of my items that I ordered, and the ones I did receive were packed wrongly. I am really disappointed in Jollibee; I expected more from them as it wasn't busy and they should not make these types of mistakes!
