Missing item and entirely wrong delivery for two consecutive Foodpanda deliveries on the same day and time. To the Burger King management, if you are unable to fulfill simple orders, please consider shutting it down. What makes it worse is that Foodpanda is operated by bots, not live agents, so they can't resolve issues.

If you're okay waiting at least 45 minutes for your meal, then go for it. They are severely understaffed, with one senior, one junior, and what seemed to be a new joiner. Dine-in customers were all waiting for over 40 minutes, while many delivery riders were waiting to collect their orders near the 50-minute to 1-hour mark.

Missing two croissanwiches from a meal delivery. The drinks also weren't capped properly and spilled. I received someone else's chicken burger, which I didn't order. What's wrong with you guys that even such a small order can be gotten wrong? If you're so busy, don't accept delivery orders.
