The burger was completely cold with overcooked beef and bacon. The drink was full of ice! This is a lousy outlet, no wonder there was no lunch crowd.

Filthy. Even the janitor's cart was within arm's length. I'd give it a 0/5, but the bird may give it 5/5.

They managed to mess up even with the simplest order. I ordered tempura chicken nuggets with curry sauce, and somehow, they didn't give me the sauce. The chocolate Sunday with mint candies, as pictured, tasted so bad. The soft serve was too sweet but not milky, and the candies were stale, as if they were old. They also gave very little chocolate syrup compared to McDonald's, which made it even worse. It's definitely my last visit to BK, especially for this outlet.

This is one of the worst burgers I have tasted. The Angus beef tasted dry, the bun was hard and dry too, and the fries were very dry. I couldn't swallow without a drink. The Coke had no fizz. I seriously don't know why BK has gotten so bad now. No wonder there are so many other burger joints nowadays, because the king is not up to standard and has failed terribly.

The food was okay, as per Burger King's standard, but the staff service quality was very low. The receipt could not be printed, and there was no attempt to top up. The crew decidedly served diluted iced Milo (the crew changed the large serving packet right after my cup). I asked for a new cup and was given one. However, after that, any request for serviettes (which were not given in the first place) was met with a disgruntled look from her colleague. A disappointing experience, probably because I was hyped up by the 4.8-star average rating on Google.

The best Whopper burger, the beef is so tender and soft. The atmosphere is good, clean, and neat. Service is good; the afternoon cashier, the lady, was polite and fast.

The fish burgers were surprisingly succulent, and my children praised them as the best they had ever tasted. I also loved that there were power points to charge our phones and laptops. It's a cooling and nice place nestled in East Coast Park to enjoy a good meal. The crew was very courteous

Jean and her team are really nice and friendly. Great service from them! This Burger King outlet is really spacious and it’s a great place to study at. The staff don’t chase people out.

Ordered 2 sets of the Classic Ultimate Angus BBQ Value Meal with a Taro pie. The burgers were excellent and served hot! They came with a nice big leaf of lettuce and fresh tomatoes. We also brought some of our own. A hot beef patty is a first for us at a fast food restaurant! Well done, BK TEAM at Kallang Leisure Park! All other items were also on point. Crispy, fresh fries and onion rings. The environment was nice and comfortable, too. Going forward, this outlet will be our go-to BK joint. Cheers!

I had just encountered the friendliest Gen Z counter staff anywhere in the world. The two young gentlemen at the cashiers were all smiles and very swift in their work on 25 August at 12pm. I had a pleasant meal because of that. The seating on level 2 is well-chilled and clean. One of my favourite places for a quick meal or to have some quiet time.
