I recently visited Burger King and had a frustrating experience. I placed a simple order for cheese fries, expecting a quick bite, but it took nearly half an hour to receive my food. While I understand that some delays can happen, this seemed excessive for such a straightforward order. The fries themselves were decent, but the long wait definitely put a damper on the experience. I hope they can improve their speed, especially for simple orders like mine. It was definitely not the best visit.

What do you expect? It's Burger King in a shopping mall. Most of the time it will be crowded, so expect a wait of 15 minutes or more. I realised counter service is quicker than orders placed at the order booth. My order came only after the customers at the counter were served. Join the queue; I think it's much quicker, otherwise you might be forgotten until the end. They seem understaffed. The nuggets and fries I received were cold. I decided not to change them as it would mean another wait.
