Horrible crowd on Thursday evening. Staff were shouting numbers while the surrounding was super noisy. The screen only showed numbers that had already been collected! Do you expect people to hear their numbers? It was too noisy. Slow service, ordered and waited for 52 minutes!

Bought a set of 6 egg tarts. Only one was well-baked; the rest were half-baked. The custards were still pale yellow, looking nothing like Portuguese egg tarts. The crust base was still soft. I only discovered this after I reached home, otherwise I would have requested an exchange.

Easily one of the worst KFC branches in Singapore when it comes to service, with rude staff, frequent delivery issues, cancellations, and missing items. It has even made the news for how badly things can go here. That said, the fried chicken is oddly one of the best in Singapore. The crispiness, oil, and tenderness hit just right, and there is something extra that sets it apart from other outlets. Still, proceed with caution. The food might be good, but the abysmal service could ruin your appetite before you even get a bite.

I was approached by a KFC staff member to do a Google review as soon as I stepped in and sat down at KFC Nex. She offered me free mashed potato if I did it on the spot. When I said, 'Okay, I will do the review later,' she immediately walked away with the mashed potato without a word or thank you. No service, yet they want good reviews. KFC management, please address this. This is not the way to get good reviews.

The queue system is not working. Staff are shouting the queue numbers. Everyone needs to stand near the counter to listen for their queue numbers. Also, I wish they provided larger screens for the queue numbers. Food is still good.

I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to commend a staff member named Sham. He was incredibly helpful. Even though it was close to closing time, he assured us there was no need to rush and even helped us clean up. I've observed that he extends the same excellent service not just to us, but to all customers as well. I truly appreciate his kindness and dedication. I hope the management considers recognizing or rewarding him—he genuinely deserves it.

Outstanding Service from Jimmy at KFC Nex I bought a meal at KFC Nex Shopping Mall and made my payment online, opting to receive an e-receipt via email. Unfortunately, the receipt never arrived, and I didn’t have my order number either. Thankfully, I approached one of the staff members, Jimmy, and he was incredibly helpful. Without hesitation, Jimmy enthusiastically assisted me in resolving the issue. Kudos to Jimmy for his excellent customer service! Thank you, Jimmy!

Came here many times over the years. The service was good, and they were always ready to help return the trays. The food is always warm and cheap, which is great for students like me. There's also a very nice worker named Jimmy who was very warm and friendly.

Writing this review to compliment the staff at this Nex outlet. They were very friendly and organised! Thank you for the great service. I noticed this when I was queuing for the Mofusand plushie keychain last time. During that event, they were systematic with constantly counting those in line and only giving out queue tickets when the store officially opened.
