This is a small branch that is very much understaffed, but the staff are helpful if you ask for assistance. I came by in the morning, and my child requested Burger King. We opted for the breakfast set, and the counter staff was very helpful in telling us which one came with a toy. From what I observed, the branch does receive a number of takeaway/delivery orders. With only around three staff members, I can see they are trying their best, especially compared to their competitor with the Golden Arches just a few minutes' walk away. It's not exactly a fair fight, but I could see the staff are definitely doing their best.

This has got to be one of the slowest Burger Kings I've ever experienced! There seems to be something wrong with how they assemble orders and distribute the workload. I came here and ordered before the lunch rush, but ended up waiting 30 minutes into the lunch rush hour. Please step up your game, BK! This is a fast-food game. I'm only posting this because this is the third time I've experienced a 30-minute wait. Honestly, it's a bit 'pek cek' (frustrating) to see them work like this. But then again, the food is great and the staff is nice; it's just the serving system that's terrible.

The food is good, especially with coupon deals. However, I found the auntie at the reception counter to be quite no-nonsense. She comments if things don't go smoothly. Some may not be used to it, but luckily I didn't clash with her. She told customers they needed to wait 40 minutes for food, likely due to a lack of manpower. BK management should do something to attract and recruit more talent!
