Ordered via drive-through. When I collected my order, the staff at the serving counter passed me the drinks followed by a pack of food tied up in a bag. I asked, 'Are all my items in the bag?' The response was 'yes'. However, when I reached home, one Happy Sharing Pack was missing. Wake up, sleepy head.

Worst service here; do not select drive-thru pickup from this branch. Even at 10 PM, it took 10 minutes in the queue before you could speak to the service operator. Update: Salad brought back without utensils and sauce. This reconfirms that this branch is the worst.

We were having our dinner after a long day working in F&B. I tried to ask if my McChicken could be changed to a steamed bun because I'm allergic to sesame. However, the manager in charge said it couldn't be changed, so I just ate the McChicken that I ordered. I was very disappointed because this was our first time having dinner here.

Service was glacial for a fast food chain. We waited 25 minutes for a 6-piece McSpicy, a pie, and an ice cream cone. An assistant manager named Axxx couldn't be bothered to help with our order, and only upon further checks did we realize our order was ready. No one called for us to collect it. Another staff member, Jxxx Yxx, who prepared our cone, had a bad attitude. She claimed the melted cone was because we spent time addressing the issue with her and the manager, and initially refused to replace it. We only got a new one after insisting. Absolute horror. You'll have better luck for your buck at any McDonald's branch on the island, just not this one.

I've visited many different McDonald's outlets, and this one is by far the best in terms of service and atmosphere. The service here is much quicker compared to other outlets.

I've visited this outlet multiple times. Today, I decided to try the chicken salad for the first time. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. The portion was disappointingly small, and it didn't taste light or fresh as one would expect from a salad. I hope the quality and portion size can be improved. Service was good as usual.

Like with any McDonald's, the layout and service are pretty good. The toilet is kept clean, and there are tables with USB chargers. Remember to download the McDonald's app and get points when you pay, because why not? You might even get a free hash brown.

29/7/2025 Had the Chilli Crab Sauce Chicken Burger & Prawn Burger for dinner. It was relatively good. Service was prompt. Nice ambience. Parking is available next to the mall.

A very spacious McDonald's with many seats available, especially on weekends. It's a quiet place for people to chat or get some work done. The seats are comfortable, and there's a McCafe on-site for coffee and desserts. It's a hidden gem and quite accessible by public transport. In terms of crowd, I'm sure weekdays are a different story, though, considering the number of offices nearby.
