Paid $9 per packet. Look at the quantity difference between the two packets. It's not even enough to feed a child. How can we support your business if you are so stingy? They even missed out on the main ingredient.
Secondly, there was no main ingredient (hummus) in one packet, and it was packed so messily with measly portions. I don't know who packed this but they ought to be sacked.
Update 19th Nov: I've ordered a few more times since this review, and Stuff's has taken in the feedback and made changes immediately. The food is now well-portioned and presentable.

Very stingy with the portion, and the portion size seems to differ for each customer. The customer behind me ordered a daily bowl too, and their bowl was packed to the brim, to the extent that the staff had to compress it with the serving tool. However, my portion was extremely stingy in comparison.

The portion is stingy. Why would you shake the spoon when scooping the sweet corn? The staff is unfriendly and impatient with customers who are not familiar with their ordering system. The sauce is stingy too!
I mentioned that I needed time to consider my five toppings and that they could proceed with the next customer, but she insisted on waiting for my decision.
The sweet corn looks black and not fresh.
Don't choose this shop for takeaway for a picnic at Labrador Park.
It's $8.90 for a chicken daily bowl with five toppings.
This is the second time I've encountered unfriendly and untrained staff, other than at the Jurong East branch. Please train your staff on their attitude. The Boon Lay branch is slightly okay, but I feel that this company does not emphasize customer service at all across the three branches I've visited.

Pure exploitation! After queuing for 30 minutes, we were only told that there was no salad base left (only onions remained). The salad base is a key component in all menu items.
Simply saying "my supplier didn't deliver" is not how to run a business. We should have been informed while still in the queue. I saw many customers accepting this "fate" to avoid queuing in vain, as half of their lunch hour was already over by the time they reached the counter.
As a courtesy, customers should be informed so they can make an early choice. The salad base is a core ingredient (iceberg lettuce, cabbage, salsa, tomatoes).
There wasn't any replacement of vegetables offered. It's understandable if there are cost issues, but all we received was a rude reply. When we requested to weigh our purchase, the cashier threw our receipt into the plastic bag and rudely asked if we were done weighing.
I urge everyone to avoid this place.

To be fair, Stuff'd is generally okay. However, I bit into a hard piece of plastic when eating their chicken kebab today! They definitely need to review their processes, including QA, if they do not want to continue giving their customers free nasty add-ons. Edit: Just read the other reviews relating to portion size and have to add that they are absolutely right. Unless you are ordering something of a fixed size/serving (e.g., a whole egg), don’t expect decent portions, especially if the items are relatively expensive (e.g., meat).
