I always ordered the smoked salmon daily bowl through Deliveroo and would top up $2.50 for additional smoked salmon. Initially, I received 7 rolls of salmon, but this later reduced to 4 rolls. I initially thought they had forgotten to add it, so I requested a refund of $2.50. However, time and again, they only gave me 4 rolls of smoked salmon. Consequently, I stopped ordering from this branch. Yesterday, I ordered from the Kent Ridge branch. I placed the same order and received 7 rolls of smoked salmon. It's obvious the Clementi Mall branch is cheating its customers.

There was no queue at the moment. The lady server ignored my presence while she busied herself with online orders. It took her about 2 minutes to ask for my order. Her colleague was busy at the corner cabinet near the cash counter. I asked for salad. She just couldn’t phrase her serving approach properly, asking me 'vegetables??' Of course it is vegetables as salad! She was impatient when I placed my order for lettuce and others. She gave such a small amount of lettuce. I asked her to top it up. She looked unhappy with her facial expression. The next words from her were 'Dressing? Meat?' It would be pleasant if she or your staff could express themselves more, like asking a proper question.

I came to the Clementi branch for the first time today and was shocked at how small the portion was compared to other branches! (The Clementi one didn't even fill half the bowl, while other branches' daily bowls are filled to the brim). I thought I was missing one topping (potato salad), but when I brought it back to the staff, she pointed to 2-3 small pieces of potato and said, "There are five pieces." =.= Also, I'm not sure why other branches charged me $7.80 for the salmon daily bowl, but this branch charged me $9.40.

I just bought a daily bowl from Stuff'd Clementi Mall branch today. What surprised me was they only gave 8 little pieces of shredded chicken in this bowl!! How could they charge me $8.90 for this quantity? It's definitely not worth my $8.90. Besides, their sliced tomatoes were soft and not fresh. Also, it's my first time trying their hard-boiled egg. OMG, it was sour and definitely NOT fresh. Perhaps it was an overnight one? I don't know! I didn't expect an explanation from management on this matter. However, I'm leaving a review here to let everyone who wants to purchase from Clementi Mall Stuff'd know that you can get something else in the mall that costs $8.90 and also maintains a good food standard.

I got the smoked salmon bowl and it was pretty good, but a little dry, especially when the mashed potato was included. I usually get the chicken kebab. I would not recommend eating there; it's pretty cramped, stuffy, and noisy.
