$7.45 for this ETC burger, utter disappointment. The chicken was tough, as chicken breast was used. The burger is very small. The sauce was off. You're better off getting a McSpicy from McDonald's - it's priced more decently and is way, way better quality.

Food quality is mediocre at best, the bun can be dry at times. The chicken may have missing chunks (exposed bone in the middle). Service is questionable. One of the staff in charge of restaurant cleanliness ignored a dirty table. When asked to help wipe it, she just stared blankly and rudely. Instead, she chose to pace around the restaurant holding cleaned trays or stand next to the bin and stare into space blankly, rather than keeping the restaurant clean. There are usually barely any seats, and as mentioned, those that are available are dirty or have trays with food waste on them. Used tissue paper lined the floor, making the place unhygienic. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered in advance for a specific collection time, but the food was not ready for collection yet, with a delay of about 15 minutes. The food is okay, but the staff need to improve on handling advance orders. The order number indicated it was ready for pickup, but it wasn't. This was inaccurate. The ondeh ondeh egg tart is not bad, but the sizes differ. Some looked very "wrinkled" and smaller, while others looked very nice and "plump". The chicken parts given were well-balanced, but the chicken looked very deep-fried. I'm not sure if the oil was used too many times. The mantou zinger is okay. It's a very big mantou with zinger chicken thigh meat. The sauce portion given is still reasonable.

I tried the American Twister Set and it was really disappointing. The twister mostly had egg and a tiny bit of bacon. There was no cheese at all, and it tasted quite bad. The coffee was even worse—very bitter and hard to drink. I won’t be ordering this again.

Nice spacious outlet with efficient and friendly service. You can see the staff mopping the floor daily in the morning.

So glad to come to this outlet. All the managers and staff are very friendly. Service is fast, and the food is very fresh and delicious. Will always come to this outlet. Madam Sarah is pretty and very kind, I like her so much. Sir Raja is also very good and highly responsible. KFC member team!

Food was served fast. The Zinger patty was quite salty, and the fries were soft. I prefer if they fried them again to make them crispy. I saw a female staff, Liu Chang (I think), standing near the basin, folding her arms. I thought she wanted to use the basin area. When I asked her, she turned her head to another side and folded her arms across her body even tighter. This staff really has an attitude.

The staff at Clementi Mall is excellent! Very kind and understanding, they went the extra mile with my order request and how they carefully packed and tied up my takeaway. This was especially helpful as I had a child in a stroller, three other shopping bags, and it was a huge thunderstorm! Thank you for your exceptional service!

The food portion is smaller than expected, but it still tastes great! KFC's original flavour is a taste of childhood. However, the temperature is regulated by a central system, so it can be hot early in the morning. Besides that, all's good! It's not crowded and the service is fast :)
