Where is the meat? They used to be generous with their meat, and I was a supporter of Stuff'd. However, my last few purchases have consistently come with very little meat. That's it, no more stuffed burritos for me. I felt cheated

I used to love this place. It was value for money with great service, and they were generous with the portions. Well, at least the salad bowl used to be a full bowl. Now, the salad barely covers the base. When you can count the slices of onions and tomatoes, and purple cabbage, you know something is wrong! The whole salad bowl isn't even half filled, and your prices keep going up. Disappointed! Last week, due to long takeaway orders, the staff also left me standing there for at least 5 minutes, only serving me after I asked if they intended to serve me. Patience doesn't pay in this case. Perhaps cut the stickers and actually give us the deserved portions?

Extremely disappointing service. I placed a pickup order at 6:40 PM, but by 7:15 PM the food was still not ready. When I asked the cashier if there were any pending orders, he simply said, “I don’t know, just wait.” There were at least 7 other people waiting for their takeaways, while the staff continued serving the dine-in queue ahead of them with no updates for the takeaway customers.
What’s frustrating is that no one provided any information. People don’t mind waiting, but at least let us know the status of our orders.
After waiting over 30 minutes, another staff member finally informed us that there were actually no pending takeaway orders at all. Apparently, they had forgotten to load the receipt paper into the machine, so none of the takeaway orders had printed. This is completely unacceptable.
I had to cancel the order myself through Grab and explain the entire situation to them. The cashier on duty at 7:00 PM at the Compass One outlet handled the situation very poorly. If you’re not going to be customer-focused and are just mechanically packing orders, perhaps a factory setting would be more suitable. This level of service is truly disappointing.

I've been patronising this place for a few years. The price has increased, but the portion given now is ridiculous and depressing. My order was wrong; I ordered rice but was given couscous instead! I was told I would be charged $1 for additional rice. The chipotle potatoes weren't given either. I've been to other outlets and had no issues. Horrible service.

I have been a loyal customer ever since I moved from the west to the north-east. The service was bad; every staff member was rushing the order as if they wanted to get it done and over with. I was ordering rendang chicken and salmon bowls around 7 pm on March 5th. I'm the guy in white. You can clearly see how your staff treated me. When it was my turn, I told the lady in front who handles dressing my order. After that, a boy told me he handles the sauce ONLY. He clearly said he handles sauce only and decided to skip all my vegetable selections, which I was unaware of. It's my first time ordering at this outlet, and this will be my last. Even the colleague beside him did not rectify this. They even rushed me and gave me 'the eye' as if I were wasting their precious time. What if it were an elder ordering? Where's the empathy? Getting treated this way during Ramadan seems awful. Is this the standard of Stuff'd? What a bad impression of this outlet, really. Kena cheated.
