I ordered a student meal and I'm damn sure it comes with a cookie, but they told me the student meal only includes a drink. I've ordered multiple times before, and it always comes with a cookie. Even the guy in charge of cutting the bread confirmed with me when I said I wanted a student meal; he stated everything included in the student meal, and he mentioned a cookie. The staff was blur and dismissive, but it seems it's only this outlet.

Ordered two footlong beef mushroom signature subs as takeaway, expecting a decent meal. Upon opening them and taking a bite, there was a strong earthy, muddy flavour. I found pieces of rotten capsicum inside, which ruined everything. It tasted awful and spoiled the flavours of the onion, beef, and mushroom as well. I opened the sub to check and found yellow, discolored capsicum. I pulled a few pieces off and took a bite of each to confirm that's where the awful flavour originated. All the subs we bought had the same awful capsicum, making them hard to eat. If I wanted a rotten vegetable experience, I'd dig through a dumpster. Not worth it, wouldn't recommend.

The food was cold and I received the wrong item. Please check if all items are correct before handing them to the driver. I've ordered from this outlet a couple of times, and repeatedly they have delivered the wrong food items. This shows a lack of responsibility and carelessness. Please avoid this outlet.
