I ordered a student meal and I'm damn sure it comes with a cookie, but they told me the student meal only includes a drink. I've ordered multiple times before, and it always comes with a cookie. Even the guy in charge of cutting the bread confirmed with me when I said I wanted a student meal; he stated everything included in the student meal, and he mentioned a cookie. The staff was blur and dismissive, but it seems it's only this outlet.

Ordered two footlong beef mushroom signature subs as takeaway, expecting a decent meal. Upon opening them and taking a bite, there was a strong earthy, muddy flavour. I found pieces of rotten capsicum inside, which ruined everything. It tasted awful and spoiled the flavours of the onion, beef, and mushroom as well. I opened the sub to check and found yellow, discolored capsicum. I pulled a few pieces off and took a bite of each to confirm that's where the awful flavour originated. All the subs we bought had the same awful capsicum, making them hard to eat. If I wanted a rotten vegetable experience, I'd dig through a dumpster. Not worth it, wouldn't recommend.

There were available seats when I arrived. While ordering, the lady asked me something in her language, which I couldn't respond to immediately. I asked her to repeat, but she didn't answer me back and instead spoke to her colleague. I also asked if the drink was unlimited; she said yes, but upon observation, it was not. The food was, no doubt, delicious. The ingredients were fresh, and the condiments made the sandwich taste even better.
