I really appreciate that Pizza Hut is part of the APSN initiative to promote inclusion and diversity. Credit should be given to both Jade and Jia Jun for managing the boisterous and loud crowd of angry customers with their smiles and never-give-up attitude. They were polite and professional, and soon after, all orders were fulfilled, and everyone left the restaurant very happy. I had a fantastic dining experience at Pizza Hut Compass One, thanks to the outstanding service from Kristine, the restaurant manager. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us warmly and ensured everything was running smoothly throughout our visit.
Kristine was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional—always checking in without being intrusive, and she went out of her way to make sure our meal was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her customers and her team.
It’s rare to experience this level of hospitality at a casual dining restaurant. Kristine truly made our visit memorable, and we’ll definitely be back again because of her.
