⭐ 1/5 – Disappointing Dine-In Experience Despite Arriving Well Before Closing We visited this Pizza Hut location at 9:00 PM intending to dine in, well aware that the posted closing time is 10:00 PM. To our surprise, the staff informed us that dine-in was no longer available and that only takeaway orders were being accepted. This was confusing and frustrating, as the standard practice—at most restaurants, including Pizza Hut—is that last dine-in orders are taken around 30 minutes before closing. By that measure, we arrived well in time. The staff, however, refused to seat us without first checking with the manager. After some back and forth, the manager confirmed that last dine-in orders are taken at 9:30 PM. So why were we turned away at 9:00? This experience felt unwelcoming and inconsistent with what we expect from a well-known chain. If the policy has changed, it should be clearly communicated both online and at the restaurant entrance. Otherwise, customers are left feeling like they're being arbitrarily turned away. Not the kind of service you'd hope for when you’re simply trying to enjoy a pizza night out. The food was good, though.

Nice place. Food quality is average. Service is below average. We ordered two pizzas: Hawaiian and pepperoni. The Hawaiian was okay. The meat on the pepperoni was almost all black. We raised the issue that it was overcooked. However, the feedback was that their pepperoni is like that. Well, that is not the usual pepperoni I have ever tried before. Maybe this is Pizza Hut's standard. See photo.

Bad dining experience. No cutlery provided. The knife was very blunt, resulting in a poorly shaped pizza. We had to resort to using our hands to pull it apart manually (pictures tell a hundred words). We ordered hash browns, but one box was missing. We had to keep reminding the kitchen staff about the shortage. Bad, bad, baaaad.

I had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut, thanks to Engku and the team! The service was exceptional, and everyone was so welcoming and attentive. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of flavors and the freshest ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the ideal spot for a meal with friends or family. A big thank you to Engku and the team for going above and beyond to make our visit memorable. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut location!

Pizza Hut Pizza Buffet How much: $17.90/pax How long: 90 mins Details: - No wastage; chargeable for leftover crust. - Free flow of carbonated/non-carbonated drinks. - Free flow of pizza slices: Hawaiian, Pepperoni, Chicken Supreme, Super Supreme & Chicken Satay. Other add-ons available. Verdict: It's best to order other pizzas after finishing a pan, as the idea is to eat them while they're still hot and the cheese still stretches, much like how your employer wants to stretch your working hours. Start by ordering one slice of each pizza. Nobody's judging you. They even go around tables offering slices fresh from the oven, which is fantastic! My favourite is the Satay Chicken because it's sweet. Manis siol... ❤️ Could lead to diabetes. Least favourite will always be the devil's favourite, Hawaiian. I guess it's worth it? Since each person ate about 1½ pan's worth. Also, the company made the eating experience worth it too. I mean, eating with good company makes a difference. Promo is ongoing for the next 3 Wednesdays, from 2pm to 9pm. Come with an empty tummy, otherwise, you'll be very foolish. Sekian, thank you very nice. ❤️
