⭐ 1/5 – Disappointing Dine-In Experience Despite Arriving Well Before Closing
We visited this Pizza Hut location at 9:00 PM intending to dine in, well aware that the posted closing time is 10:00 PM. To our surprise, the staff informed us that dine-in was no longer available and that only takeaway orders were being accepted.
This was confusing and frustrating, as the standard practice—at most restaurants, including Pizza Hut—is that last dine-in orders are taken around 30 minutes before closing. By that measure, we arrived well in time. The staff, however, refused to seat us without first checking with the manager. After some back and forth, the manager confirmed that last dine-in orders are taken at 9:30 PM. So why were we turned away at 9:00?
This experience felt unwelcoming and inconsistent with what we expect from a well-known chain. If the policy has changed, it should be clearly communicated both online and at the restaurant entrance. Otherwise, customers are left feeling like they're being arbitrarily turned away.
Not the kind of service you'd hope for when you’re simply trying to enjoy a pizza night out. The food was good, though.

The food was so-so, nothing amazing. Compared to the old Pizza Hut standards, it has worsened. Hygiene was really bad; I saw a baby cockroach climbing onto the signage. The service staff were also very unprofessional, playing with their phones and unwilling to explain more when asked questions. I understand you are now using self-ordering and payment applications, but not everyone is familiar with the webpage you are using. Please do something about your service standards. If your food sucks, at least have some good service.

It was my first and last visit. I was very disappointed with the experience at this outlet. I chose the ASAP option, but the waiting time turned out to be 45 minutes! Unfortunately, there was no way to seek a refund as I had paid online via credit card. This is totally unacceptable. I requested to speak to the manager, but they did not dare to come out and address my complaint. What a letdown!

The place is spacious and clean, and the service is decent. The food is so-so. The worst thing, and the reason for the 1-star rating, is that it took over an hour to serve the first melts, and our pizza arrived another 30 minutes later. This was despite us being the only other customers besides one couple who had already received all their food and were relaxing in the shop. The shop was practically empty. They also forgot to serve our dessert after we had been there for two hours, so we had to take it away.

The set for 2 was $19.8. I ordered a personal pizza and a melts with sweet and spicy drumlets. The pizza felt more like bread than pizza. Personally, I liked the melts, but I think the skin was a bit overcooked.
The sweet and spicy drumlets are still the best. We were each given a free mushroom soup.
There was no queue, but there were many takeaways.
August 2025 updates:
They've refreshed their space with a renovation and introduced a new menu. The sourdough pizza is delightful, though the curry flavor completely steals the spotlight. The set meal is especially worth it—just over $30 for a regular pizza, two sides, two drinks, and two desserts. The lychee drink, however, is rather plain and not worth the top-up. The chocolate tart, on the other hand, is a standout and a must-try.
