Visited on 20 July 2023 mid-afternoon. The place was relatively quiet. Ordered the Bubur Cha Cha from the dessert stall. It tasted exactly the same as what you'd find at other Kopitiam outlets.

15 Nov 23’ Today's breakfast set ($3.80) had an unappealing bun. The signature breakfast set promo price at $3.00 only applies to union members; the normal price is $3.50. This caused the staff to repeatedly explain to many senior customers who are not union members. If Kopitiam is willing to offer a breakfast set for $3.80, why can't they just offer a $3 breakfast from 7 am to 11 am?! Promotions at special prices for co-operatives are meant to lower prices for the benefit of customers, not to increase revenue.

Homemade curry and rice for $6.50. It was okay, nothing great. The variety of stalls here is limited, and it's not a very big food court compared to other outlets. This place is sufficiently good for the non-fussy eater on a budget who needs a quick bite during lunch or dinner.

I really don't know what was in my tea this morning. I already requested a new cup because the first one was worse than this, but the second cup still came with this layer of sediments. I don't even know why brewed tea would have this kind of floating sediment.

Bukit Panjang Plaza is situated just a stone's throw away from the housing estate. This shopping mall has several food cafes, a food court, a NTUC FairPrice supermarket, and many other small shops for essentials like salons and health products, a bank, and many ATM kiosks.

5$ Kway Chap set for 1 pax, I think it was on promo as the menu showed 5.5$. Topped up 1$ for an extra bowl of kway. Portion-wise, it's not bad, with quite a number of ingredients. The kway broth could be better though, as it was a little bland. But for the price point, I think it's good...

I tried the signature dish, Signature Fried Kway Teow, from the Mini Wok stall in Kopitiyam, and it was amazing. The portion was huge; I couldn't even finish it, and the taste was fantastic. The staff was very kind and helpful. This is a must-try.

My compliments to the lady behind the counter at Zheng Hua Yong Tau Foo (stall no: 10). I was happy to see her efficiently prepare my order, but most importantly, I was privileged to witness her caring side. A customer with walking difficulty arrived. Despite being busy, she called out to him to take a seat and said she would prepare his regular YTF dish in a moment. My chance observation left me with a good impression of her. Thank you for that wonderful experience, knowing there is an efficient, polite, and caring lady working behind the counter.
