3 June 2023 - Ordered the Zinger Transformers Movie Meal via the self-service ordering kiosk. The chicken portion of the Zinger burger has shrunk tremendously over time. The Spicy Dippers also tasted as hard as rocks. Definitely not worth the $10.95 price.

Moment of Magic 1 – He was incredibly patient as we struggled to decide on our order. With a friendly smile, he offered suggestions and guided us without ever rushing, even while we were busy debating among ourselves.
Moment of Magic 2 – When I casually asked about a sold-out bag, Mukesh didn’t just stop at saying it was unavailable. Instead, he offered to open the display box so I could feel the material—such a thoughtful gesture.
Moment of Magic 3 – When I requested a tight meat, he noticed they were smaller than usual that day and kindly added a little wing to make up for it.
It’s rare to find this level of genuine care and service over the counter today. Products can be replicated, but service from the heart like this is truly one of a kind.
