Dry, salty burger patty and a burnt-tasting burger bun. Staff were unable to tell us which of our burgers was which. Our eat-in order was lukewarm. Will not return.

$8.50 for a pathetic Asam Pedas Tendergrill Chicken meal. Look at the size of the chicken fillet. My hand is bigger than the whole burger opened up. Finished in just a few mouthfuls. More and more limited-time special burgers these days feel like a scam with their small sizes. Should have gone to McDonald's for their $6.50 Zinger meal, which is better value for money.

Bad customer service. Staff were busy fulfilling Grab orders and letting walk-in customers wait. The entire counter was already filled with uncollected Grab orders. The cashier spoke in a condescending tone. She asked what payment method I would be using, and I showed her my card via Apple Pay. It kept declining, then I told her it was AMEX. She then said I have to tell her it's AMEX because it's difficult. When she told us the waiting time was at least 15 minutes, we agreed. Upon collecting our food, the burgers and wings were all cold. Only my onion rings were mildly warm. The cashier was also very stingy with the chilli sauce. Lastly, I found some foreign objects floating in my drink. Disgusting.

Really big F for this Burger King branch. Called the number numerous times yet no answer. Ordered takeaway three times, and each time, one item was missing. The first time, sauce for chicken fries was missed. The second time, a taro pie was missed. Today, chili cheese bites were missed.

Visited on Saturday, 8 July 2023, in the late afternoon. I ordered via the self-service kiosk. While waiting, I noticed that the onion rings and drink were prepared first, while the Ultimate Kakiage Salmon was ready much later. Consequently, the onion rings were already cold when served. I observed that the staff were busy preparing online orders, even though the outlet itself was not crowded.

The store doesn't have much space, but the food is surprisingly good!

Salmon Yuzu burger! The salmon is so meaty and has less flour/crust! The yuzu sauce lightens the fry/oil taste! Definitely much better than McDonald's salmon burger, which had way too much flour and the fish was barely visible.

Visited the place for dinner on a Sunday. The staff present were friendly and helpful. The food is okay. Restaurant cleanliness could be improved. The restaurant is located inside BPP, Basement. Overall, a good experience.

No-frills auto order from a machine. Was quickly served, as expected from a fast food store. At least the burger was not messy compared to some other burger joints, and the onion rings were crispy.
