I want to share my experiences about having breakfast at 7:30 am a few days ago and this morning also around 7:30 am. The same aunty at the cashier counter takes orders and always has a black face and talks very rudely to all customers. Why can the kopitiam management hire this type of aunty to work and show attitude problems to customers like this? Are the managers or management staff blind or what? On both my visits to this kopitiam, I saw the same aunty sounding lazy and unhappy to answer if you ask two or three questions. She acts like she didn't hear it, then she will ask for the next person's order. This is what I saw with a few customers in front of me. This is very unprofessional service staff and unacceptable. This will reflect a bad image of Singapore to foreigners who visit our hospital if they go to the kopitiam for drinks. I myself am also an F&B staff, so I know the importance of having the right attitude when facing customers. Of course, at a kopitiam, we don't expect high-class service, but at least not a black face and showing a bad attitude to customers. Moreover, it's inside NUH. A big hospital's kopitiam having a bad image to customers is really unacceptable. I hope the kopitiam management will take action to do something about it. If this still continues like this and never changes, I will try to find a way to complain again until this type of bad service is gone.

It's a decent-sized kopitiam in NUH with a good variety of food options! I decided to try the western stall. I had the salmon aglio olio and chicken steak aglio olio. The aglio olio was on the lighter side. The meat tasted okay too, but it was flattened quite a bit, so the portion is actually smaller than it looks. Overall, it was okay!

Ordered the Mee Kia with chicken cutlet from the noodle shop. The portion was decent, but the noodles were a little plain and not well cooked. The chicken cutlet was fried to order, so it was okay, served warm but not the juicy or tender kind. Nothing too special. There's 10% off if you use the FairPrice app! So this was $4.50! Can try!

The one star is for Wok Delight. I ordered fried kway teow from Wok Delight and asked for 一点点辣椒 (a little bit chilli). However, I ended up eating the spiciest fried kway teow that burned my mouth on the first bite. I couldn't even finish half of it, even with a drink, and had to waste the food.

To be honest, I like the food at this kopitiam. The nasi Padang stall is the best, I would say. It's open 24 hours and offers a 25% discount daily from 3-8pm. Following that, I would recommend the Lao Huo Tang; the ABC soup is done so nicely and the price is not expensive at all. The Teh Peng is also not bad, and they have ham and cheese croissants. While not the absolute best, they would make a good breakfast.

This is a food court located within the National University Hospital, right opposite the 7-Eleven store. It offered a good assortment of different foods, like mixed rice, nasi Padang, noodles, and the usual coffee shop fare. There is ample seating space, though it can get quite crowded during peak dining hours. Prices were reasonable. A bread stall was also located within the food court itself. Overall, it's a convenient place to fill our stomachs.

I personally enjoy their wide selection of food and desserts! I like all their simple local cuisines, and this NUH Kopitiam fulfills my standards. Their ban mian soup, chicken rice, and Japanese-style don were all satisfactory. My personal highlight, however, is their dessert; their Mango Milk Ice & Strawberry Milk Ice are amazing. Their salted egg yolk buns are great too. I'd visit this place whenever I'm nearby! The only downside is that they close pretty early, like many of the food places I like, before 7 PM. Perhaps they could extend their operating hours.
