First time eating salad separate from the dressing. I've tried other outlets where the salad dressing is mixed with the vegetables. It's hard for customers to mix it themselves on the small plate. And the egg is served whole... I wonder if the staff were too lazy to mix it for us?

Bought the breakfast waffle platter at $16.50 and was really excited about the waffles. However, the waffles turned out to be dry and crumbly; it was hard to take even a second bite. Such a disappointment! The scrambled eggs, boiled sausages, and side salad were also lacklustre. I would never have expected such quality (or the lack of it) from Coffee Bean, especially at such an exorbitant price. Even McDonald's hotcakes and those $1+ waffles from neighbourhood bakeries taste much, much better. Don't charge such a high price if you are going to serve customers microwaved frozen waffles (and the worst one out there)...

Bought the promo set bagel set for two at $10 with fruits, but they ran out of bagels and replaced them with toasted bread, and salad in place of fruits. If the taste were good, I'd have nothing to say, but it was terrible. The eggs were cold and hard; it's all very sloppy standards, far from when they started. A total disappointment. Guess they have three fewer customers from now on.

Warning ⚠️ extremely long waiting time. For two breakfast sets ordered on 25 Jul 2025 at 10:22 am, with only two customers ahead of me, we were still waiting at 11:03 am and continuing to wait. This gave me the time to write this negative review. @coffeebeankentridge, please seriously look into your manpower allocation and service level. It's very appalling.

The pistachio chocolate drink is a complete disaster. There is literally no taste of anything except for a sprinkle of pistachios at the top. It is basically just ice-blended cream with a sprinkle of pistachio. What a waste of money. And the staff never recommended anything about the membership for 1-for-1 drinks and free cake. Wow!

The service was a little slower, perhaps because it was quite late, almost 8pm on the eve of the 59th National Day. There was a $5.90 drink or cake promotion as part of the Republic's 59th birthday.

Nice dining environment but slightly cramped. I feel they should implement self-ordering, as they seemed understaffed on Thursday morning. Food was served within 15 minutes and drinks within 5 minutes. I didn't enjoy the SG60 breakfast set as much as previous promotion sets.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hallmark of any good Eggs Benedict is undoubtedly the runny egg, and Coffee Bean nailed it. The perfectly runny egg yolk added a rich and indulgent touch to every bite, making it a true delight for brunch.
The sauce, while flavorful, leaned a bit towards the salty side, particularly when combined with the ham. The freshness of the bread was a highlight, providing a soft and pillowy base that complemented the other elements of the dish remarkably well.

I love Christmas, my favourite holiday of the year! Teehee, it's the beautiful bright decorations for me.
Peppermint Mocha Ice Blended Drink (Less Sweet), $8.80: A refreshing drink, I can definitely taste the peppermint, haha! ☃️ Though I wish there was more coffee taste (then again, it's mocha, so hopes).
Mini Hazelnut Chocolate Christmas Logcake, $8: Wasn't supposed to get this... but couldn't resist because LOOK HOW CUTE!! But it is what you'd expect it to be lah. The thick layer of choc hazelnut coating is okay but the cake itself is very dense, so definitely for sharing :p
Love indulging in festive food, muahahahah, my favourite time of the year!
Do check me out @yumnomss on IG and Lemon8 xoxo!

We visited this cafe late at night, around 12 am, after seeing the doctor at the hospital. I was surprised to learn that this cafe is open 24 hours. It was rather empty when we visited, and we managed to get some cakes and coffee. It was serene and nice to be sipping coffee in a nearly empty cafe. The staff was friendly and polite. The cafe was clean and well-managed. There was also a cabinet displaying merchandise for sale.
