Came here on March 11, 2024, for breakfast. Placed my order at 9:45 AM and received it at 10:20 AM. That's a 30-minute wait for scrambled eggs and waffles.
My potatoes and waffles were cold. The eggs were microwaved but only lukewarm. A 30-minute wait and the food was cold? Ridiculous and unacceptable. Charging $20 for a late and cold breakfast is unreasonable.
Tables were not cleared from previous diners, and people started stacking up at the main entrance.
Very, very poor service. Never again.

The coffee was average, and the breakfast set was pretty normal. The only plus point was the promotion: a complimentary cute cold cup with every $20 spent. By the way, the service could be improved; the crew could be friendlier and more smiley. Perhaps they are understaffed and just too busy, but nonetheless, this left me with an unpleasant experience.

Very worst service at 2 a.m. on 11/4/2025. The staff didn't seem to care when I was waiting to order food right in front of the cashier counter. It felt like he was purposely ignoring me to take my order. This spoiled my mood to buy food, so I left the place. At least a small greeting might have encouraged me to buy food. Feeling ignored made me feel the worst.

One of the best places to chill when you're tired from walking around. The drinks and cakes are pretty standard. The reason for deducting one star was because they had a sign saying "please wait to be seated," but we waited for quite a few minutes and were ignored, with nobody there to usher us in. Anyway, after a few minutes, I just went in myself, lol.
Perhaps the sign can be removed if it's no longer required.

The matcha latte and matcha iced blended have a strong milk powder taste, but they are also my comfort food. First time trying iced dark chocolate. The iced matcha latte and iced mocha latte taste less sweet than their iced blended forms. I still prefer the iced blended matcha and iced blended mocha. First time trying cold brew vanilla bean. Couldn't find the slice of rainbow cake and ondeh ondeh cake slice, so I bought the tiramisu ondeh ondeh cake. The iced dark chocolate on 22 Apr 2024 contained less chocolate compared to the iced dark chocolate bought previously. Oh my gosh, so lucky to be able to buy 2 slices of rainbow cake today, thank you! The rainbow cake used to have raspberry filling and now has vanilla filling. Perhaps consider cookie and cream, caramel, or chocolate filling for the rainbow cake.

Kudos to Insyirah at the cashier, amazing service by her. It was clear she was tired, but she still treated me and the customer in front of me with total kindness! She even helped me figure out what drink I wanted by just describing the taste to her. Better than all the Coffee Bean cashiers I've encountered before.
