There was brown rice stuck to the sushi, as shown in my photo. I had ordered white rice, so it was a bit unpleasant to see. The service staff were not friendly. Thankfully, the sushi tasted fine. I didn't find the mega san very filling, but maybe that's just me.

Ordered via Grab today, 16th January 2024, for 7:40 PM delivery. The sushi was falling apart when I was eating. I would appreciate it if the sushi was wrapped properly. Taste-wise, it wasn't too bad. Overall, I was just put off by the untidy rolls.

I love Makisan but always seem to miss out on ordering. This is the second time this has happened. Last time, I ordered two sets but received no cutlery and only one sushi sauce. Now, I ordered two sets of Megasan sushi from Grab again. I requested cutlery but received none AGAIN. They also missed out on one of my sauces, giving me three instead of four. There were no napkins at all. It's really ruined my mood. Come on, Manager! Wake up!

They forgot the most important part: the sauce and wasabi! I ordered through the Grab app and I'm very disappointed. No sauce, no wasabi. On top of that, the kani stick wasn't properly cooked; I could literally see flour on it. Such a letdown, especially when you're really craving it, only for it to arrive like this. The staff should pay more attention to properly cooking the food and ensuring all items are packed correctly.
