Only one poor girl on duty who had to take orders and make them too! Waited over 30 minutes for my coffee. Can't blame her, she was lovely, but I guess her boss really sucks for not putting another person on duty.

It's one of the worst outlets I've ever been to. Initially, they forgot my order, and secondly, the milk was overheated. Even though the staff knew, they still served it.

First time trying the breakfast here. The Eggs Benedict was pretty good, and I liked that it had plenty of fibre. The portion was just right. It comes with the coffee of the day as a set at $13.50, which I thought was rather reasonable.

Pathetic place, only ONE menu available at the cashier. We had a long line today due to a popular convention nearby. You could have initiated more menus so customers can decide before coming to the cashier, right? I'm truly disappointed, Coffee Bean!!!

On Sunday afternoon, I enjoyed the customer service provided by Sarah Poh, Asyraf & William. They were friendly, helpful, and assisted with my inquiries. I had an enjoyable tea time in this outlet.
I love the cosy corner and the awesome, helpful staff. I also love these cute desserts in a mug. I prefer the chocolate over the mango mousse as it reminds me of Ferrero Rocher.
This is one of the best Christmas promos where I get to keep the cup! Super love it!

The cheesecake slaps as usual (it's the best cheesecake ever, by the way), but the chocolate mint cake is too dry! The watermelon lychee tastes like Boost's Watermelon Crush.

Fast service. This cafe is suitable for solo or couple customers as the space is quite narrow. The food is also good. Mai is friendly and cheerful. Good job, Mai!

Popped in for a quick coffee and cake for an afternoon snack yesterday. The place was crowded, but luckily, an indoor table became available soon after we placed our order, so we didn't have to sit outside in the heat. The outdoor seats were nice, but it would have been much better if the day hadn't been so hot and humid. We ordered a cheesecake, a plain croissant, a twisted croissant, and an Americano. Service was quick, and the staff were pleasant and friendly, making small talk and joking with us as we ordered and waited for our items.

If you are looking for an outdoor calm place to sip and enjoy your coffee then this is the location.
If you're looking for a calm outdoor place to sip and enjoy your coffee, this is the location. The Caramel Macchiato tasted better here, complemented by the ambience. Food choices are also good. The croissant options range from kid-friendly to adult choices.
The larger outdoor seating area in the back is a plus for family time as well. The coffee was perfect in taste and blend. Appreciation to the barista.
