Food quality was as expected, but the service certainly wasn't, likely due to being shorthanded. The trash bins were a mess and totally unpresentable.

Among all the Burger King outlets I’ve visited islandwide, this one stands out – unfortunately, for the wrong reasons. From missing items to missing sauces that were clearly listed on the receipt (e.g., curry sauce), the experience here falls well below expectations. I just don’t understand why the staff isn’t paying attention to the details of the orders. I placed my order through the mobile app and proceeded for collection when it was ready, as shown on their panel. The first staff member ignored me when I couldn't find my food, and the next staff member also ignored me when I asked again. In the end, the first staff member pointed out that my food was actually on the delivery order pick-up shelf, saying "there there"!! How was I supposed to know my food would be on that shelf corner when it's labelled "delivery order pick up" instead of takeaway/mobile order pick up or all pick up? I hope the outlet can improve its service.

The long chicken was very salty. Preparation time was also very long, even though there were only 4 customers ahead of us. Additionally, the rubbish bin was overflowing with rubbish the entire time.

Everything is okay. The restaurant isn't too dirty, and the lighting is fine, but there are not enough tables. For the food, the chicken is the best so far, plus the burger.

It's been a while since I've had Burger King, and the Swiss mushroom burger is still as good as before. There's usually a massive crowd during lunchtime, so I'd recommend reserving a seat or taking away the food (which we did). Orders are all done via the kiosk.

Ordered takeaway for a huge group of my friends and encountered a small issue with the machine and my orders. The staff here went out of their way to help me resolve it quickly and efficiently. 11/10 customer service, definitely will be coming back often.
