Curry rice is so so only.
This is very different with hainanese curry chicken.
Chicken skin is cripy
The curry rice was just so-so. It's very different from Hainanese curry chicken. The chicken skin was crispy, but the taste had some herbal notes, which was a bit weird for me. The egg was fried just right. The curry sauce was also so-so, not very flavourful. They provided some pico and chillies, which were quite okay. Service was good.

I was in the queue, waiting to place my order and pay at the cashier's. As I stood in line, one of the Muslim staff members took an order from the girl behind me. I was surprised since no one had asked me for my order. When I finally reached the cashier, the Chinese lady told me to place my order before paying. I turned to the Muslim staff member, and she started shouting, 'I asked you earlier, and you didn't want to place your order!'
I was taken aback by her reaction. Firstly, I wasn't asked for my order in the first place. Even if she had asked, couldn't she have asked a second time?
The cashier was very apologetic and understanding. She told me not to get angry and wanted me to enjoy my meal without any frustration.
I believe there should be signs displayed to indicate where to place orders and where to pay/collect. With clear signage, all these misunderstandings could be avoided, and there would be no need for me to be 'shouted' at for no reason.
This incident marks my first and last visit to this store. I came to CCP just to satisfy my hunger, but even before I could eat, my appetite had already disappeared.

Located at L2 in CCP. Ordered clear Tom Yum soup from Thai Empire (My Kampung). They provided a clear liquid with small battered pieces, which were mostly gooey. There were no fish slices, only two small rings of sotong and two small prawns. The rest were small pieces of tomato and carrot. I felt cheated as I was charged $6.80. Most tables were not clean. Would not recommend.

Ordered the yong tau foo here. I saw a fly flying around the food but still ordered anyway, though I didn't choose the one I saw the fly near. It wasn't really tasty, just okay. The place isn't as big as it was before, when it was a food court.

This review is for the mala tang store near the entrance. We ordered the dry version and asked for medium spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all! Luckily, we didn't opt for the 'small spicy' option.
The dry version pales in comparison to many Mala Xiang Guo places in Singapore. It lacked spicy taste, was just salty, and not cheap. Easily the worst mala xiang guo I've tried in Singapore. Why sell a Chinese dish if you can't match the taste of the real deal?
In summary, a waste of money and calories.

Amazed by the food at Thai Empire, a Thai cuisine stall! Do check them out! They are located between the chicken rice and nasi padang stores.
Attached the menu here below in the photos.
Ordered 2 dishes here, and each came with a bowl of tom yum clear soup.
Item number 9: Black pepper glass noodles $7.80. The glass noodles were very well flavored with peanuts and chili flakes to add crunch and more spice if you're a spice lover. 🌶️
Item number 15: Lemongrass chicken $6.80. Fried chicken with a crunch and a lovely lemongrass aroma.
Though I did feel thirsty after the meal, I think I would still eat here again! 😋

We were told it was once a Kopitiam food court before what is now My Kampung. It's a familiar name that reminded my wife of the delicious, authentic old-school kampung-style chicken rice we used to get from Sengkang Mall. So, I thought it was fantastic that we could now savour it more conveniently nearby. And for us, based on a tip from a beloved old friend who knew how much our Aspie son loves the popular, hearty, soulfood halal Ban Mian stall at Fork & Spoon, just having their sister stall called Terbaik (The Best) also inside My Kampung is reason enough to pop over. What was a pleasant surprise is to see almost all the stalls at the food court offering halal options. From Japanese staple classics to mouth-watering Nasi Padang, inviting Mala Hotpot galore (to my daughter's delight), comforting Yong Tau Foo delights, to shiok Curry rice sets, and many more we can't wait to sample over time.
How wonderful and such a blessing that is for us. On top of that, the whole of the expansive Changi City Point mall is teamed with so many familiar and favourite halal restaurant and eatery choices, leaving us spoiled for choice. This is definitely our family's new favourite venue for makan choices, a short drive away for us in the North East of Upper Changi Road. It's a spacious mall with ample parking spaces and connected via MRT too. Oh, the mall is also a haven of discounted factory outlet offers from well-known brands. What's not to like!

I am a huge fan of Mala. In my quest to find the best Mala Hotpot, I tried this Mala Hotpot @ My Kampung. I was absolutely blown away by this mala. This might probably be the best Mala in Singapore.
We ordered this for lunch for 2 people. I grabbed some vegetables: broccoli, carrots, onion, chicken, and mushrooms, along with 2 blocks of Maggi noodles. Asked for the dry option with a medium spice level. I had a slight fear that it might be too spicy, but the final mala hotpot dish was well-balanced and so flavourful. It was the yummiest mala I have ever tasted.
But for this Mala stall, it's just 5 stars. I highly recommend trying this Mala Hotpot; you won't regret it.
Three cheers for the Mala Hotpot stall!
Just be mindful to sit somewhere far away as the air near the main stalls has a very strong, overpowering, weird odour. Management needs to seriously work on ventilation. Two stars less for atmosphere.

Started in June 2023, this Halal food court is clean and neatly organized. I tried the Curry Rice for $5.80 with chicken cutlet. The addition of Acar and Cereal Flakes gives an extra “oomph!” to the taste, and the stall was quite generous when I asked for extra curry!

This review is for the Mala hotpot at My Kampung! We ordered a sizeable quantity of Mala for three people with a bunch of veggies, and it was absolutely scrumptious. It was so flavourful and filling, and my mom claims that this is the best Mala she’s had so far in Singapore! The recently renovated food court has a fresh and appealing appearance; however, during our visit, it was extremely crowded, which made the environment feel congested. Additionally, there seemed to be insufficient ventilation as the aroma of food lingered heavily in the air. We would highly recommend getting the Mala! (Oh, and shoutout to the fruit store beside the ban mian store - their melon was nice and fresh!)
