Came at 6:10 PM and was seated at 6:15 PM. Ordered around 6:20 PM, but only ONE dish was brought out after 6:50 PM. They are clearly overwhelmed with orders and understaffed. I overheard students at another table waiting for an hour just for a mango drink. The rest of the food came out around 7:00 PM, but it wasn't even piping hot. Not even lukewarm. Only the spaghetti and lasagna were hot. Will not visit this outlet again.

They kept my girls occupied with colouring materials while waiting for food. The meal price is reasonable, and the food was served hot. Nice food! It really makes me happy to dine here. This set meal is just enough for me and my girls. I will definitely come back to Waterway Point Pizza Hut soon. Thank you, Syed, for the garlic bread; it was my girl's favourite.

Definitely a great place to eat due to the delicious food and great service. The female Malay staff informed us to sign up with our email account so we could get rewards after we ordered our food. Most times, we would have just gone without registering if we weren’t sure about visiting again. We claimed a complimentary garlic bread.
After our order was confirmed, Sanjay (male staff) informed us about the survey to do to get another freebie. He assisted us, and we got another complimentary garlic bread (we are fans of Pizza Hut garlic bread since we were teenagers). He even helped us take photos (because most times we are either too shy to ask or just don’t want to bother the staff). Very friendly staff, he made us feel like this is the restaurant to go to.
The affordable pricing compared to some restaurants made us want to plan a family gathering next time, if they allow reservations for large groups.
Would definitely come back to this branch at Waterway Point! Mainly due to the staff and food. Love the curry chicken pizza and the garlic bread!
