Mixed reviews. I ordered today at the wrong timing and they kindly agreed to change it, so I'm thankful. The new pickup time was 4pm. I arrived at 4:30pm expecting the order to be ready and gave them some leeway since it was National Day and there were many orders. I found out my order had not even been prepared yet, and the staff appeared relaxed even though there were at least 10 other people in the store waiting for their orders as well. I finally picked up my order at 5pm. Poor time management.

Came here for takeaway as the location is convenient for me. I ordered the mushroom aglio olio pasta and chicken wings (takeaway). The restaurant seemed quiet and understaffed. Twenty minutes later, the food was ready. I asked for chili sauce, but the lady at the counter said they didn't have any. Fine, I asked for one packet of chili flakes instead. The lady said that's only for pizza. I asked for one packet also, like it was so hard, then she proceeded to give me one but with a warning that next time it would be charged at 30 cents.
There won't be a next time because I will not be returning. The pasta cost $15 before GST, and it's so hard for them to give one piece of chili flakes. Meanwhile, if you dine in, the chili and cheese are free-flow in the bottle without charges.
FYI: The pasta tastes extremely bland and plain.

Vani, who served us, was also such a sweetheart and very helpful. Love that it's not too packed, and the ambience of the Eastpoint Pizza Hut outlet is so cozy as well. Highly recommended.
