This store charged an additional $9.80 to my debit card! I have attempted to reach them TWICE but they have shown no intention to respond. What a zero-f***s-given attitude. To KFC Head Office, can you get in touch with me if you see this?

What is this? Everything became smaller? They raised the price but look at this. The chicken is becoming smaller and smaller, almost the size of a 50-cent coin, pathetic lah. And I thought only Eastpoint's McDonald's was bad, but you guys take the throne!

Ultra rubbish!! I ordered 2 pieces and was given one drum? I'm not using coupons, so I understand there are terms and conditions. But I'm paying the full menu price, why can't I select my parts? If stock is low, tell me and I can wait! This is the fourth outlet giving me this crap reason. KFC, you're doing your chicken the wrong way!!!! Last visit!! Avoid at all costs, and your managers are rude too!!! If you're not happy, please don't work here!!!

I bought an 8-piece chicken takeaway. I purchased this just before driving home (my home is very close to Eastpoint). Upon opening the box, all 6 pieces were not even slightly warm, let alone hot. This was very disappointing. The outlet was not busy when I placed and received my order. I hope the staff there can be made aware and taught by management that customers would expect and want their chicken nice and hot, ready to eat, instead of having to reheat it in the oven!

This store is truly impossible to praise! As everyone knows, Singapore has the world's worst KFC and ketchup. Even a single fried chicken drumstick can be fried until it's both hard and dry! The ketchup has an unpleasant wheat-like taste. The fact that this store is still in business is thanks to the locals not being too picky about food. Its signature item is **cheese fries** , which is popular among kids and students. Otherwise, if they only sold dry and unappetizing fried chicken, they would have gone out of business long ago. I once dined here and noticed an improvement in service, so I thought about leaving a good review. But before I could write it, the service had already reverted to its usual terrible state! They really don’t give customers any chance to praise them! I placed my order at the self-service kiosk and then went to the counter to pay in cash. However, the **service lady** was extremely slow—she kept taking food down, putting it back, taking it down again, and putting it back, completely ignoring the customers waiting to pay at the counter! I saw my order number showing as "being prepared," so I didn’t rush her, thinking I could pay when the food was ready. But I kept waiting, and even later order numbers were being served while mine was still not ready. I asked the service lady why my food wasn’t ready. She checked the number and said it was still being prepared. Then I waited another **10 minutes**, and it still wasn’t served. Suddenly, my order number disappeared from the screen! I asked her again, and she said it was because I hadn’t paid! Excuse me?! I had been standing there the whole time, ready to pay, and she told me my food was still being prepared—wasting my time and misleading me into waiting! Honestly, if you don’t want to eat terrible fried chicken or if you don’t have time to waste, **there’s no need to queue at this store**. While waiting in line, a customer in front of me even farted loudly at the people behind her! The world is truly full of bizarre things! No matter how much marketing they do to attract customers, their counter service aunties will ruin everything! The dining environment here is extremely noisy. The cleaning staff always drag the chairs so loudly that it reaches a level harmful to hearing health!

Went to get my KFC lunch from Eastpoint Mall two days ago. Ordered with the help of very friendly and helpful staff at the counter. The staff here have always been courteous and have always entertained my requests on my choice of chicken parts – really appreciated their sensitivity to my needs. They always serve with a smile and are prompt in their service. Thank you to the manager and her staff for their excellent service!

The Chicken Bak Kwa Cheese fries are not bad; the sweetness of the Bak Kwa complements the savouriness of the cheese. However, I still prefer the original cheese fries. The Soy Garlic wings are great, better than the hot sauce wings.

Had a very great dining experience at KFC Eastpoint Mall. The food was served hot and fresh. Service was the best! Very warm hospitality from the staff! Good job.
