Simei East Point outlet: The male staff served unwillingly. The vegetables were also very little, with only two pieces of capsicum. Are you kidding me? The lettuce was also very, very sparse. It felt like just eating plain bread. Disappointed.

This is my second time visiting this Eastpoint branch. The same service staff served me. The Filipino guy spoke unfriendlily and treated customers like robots, as if we owed him. He even spoke rudely to his co-workers. I guess the young Malay guy is a newly trained staff. I am writing this comment because my friend and I had the same experience.

This outlet has been cash only for weeks now, with no attempt to rectify any technical issues they might be having, despite highlighting this to the Subway management.

Very poor hygiene – saw flies everywhere while sitting for lunch today. All tables looked very dirty, as if nobody had wiped them for ages. The staff there have a don't-care attitude. The poor hygiene could make people sick; I was surprised to see such a low level of cleanliness.

During my recent visit to this outlet, my friends and I received subpar service from the staff. This was consistent with a previous review I had just read, where the Filipino staff displayed unwelcoming behavior. Another staff member, Raihan, showed irritation when I requested my sub to be toasted longer. Given there was barely anyone at the outlet, his reaction was very unnecessary. As someone who previously worked at Subway during my teenage days, it's not uncommon for customers to request longer or double toast. He also claimed the soup of the day was unavailable, but when I enquired with the Filipino staff, he confirmed there was still soup. I understand the frustrations of working in this line of service, but this experience was just not it.

Look, it's Subway, it's cheap and has vegetarian options. How does one hate Subway? The food's quickly made, it's not too crowded, the soda flavors are decent, and the cookies are fire. You eat quickly and go. It's a good experience.

We regularly visit this Subway outlet for our meals, mostly breakfast. The staff are always pleasant and attentive, and the sandwiches are made accurately, even with the amount of sauce we prefer, which is normally not too much. There used to be a middle-aged or older lady staff member there. She was petite, always cheerful, and welcoming. I haven't seen her for a number of months now, so she has either been transferred or has left Subway entirely. All Subway staff should follow her example because she was consistently fast, friendly, pleasant, and sincere.

The staff member with a male voice served me very well, suggesting I make my chicken teriyaki a 6" small meal with a drink and cookies. I was a bit reluctant, as the cookies are usually too sweet, yet he managed to convince me to try the pandan cookie. And it's true, the pandan one is not sweet at all and suits my preference. Kudos to the staff for a good customer recommendation!
