Dismal service by the two counter staff (one male and one female serving at 3pm on 22 April 2025) at this outlet. Despite hearing the orders wrongly and being given the wrong items, no apology was offered. Instead, the staff questioned me. Furthermore, not ensuring enough change is disappointing as it limits payment options for customers. Already, all outlets do not accept Paywave. Please do provide sufficient payment options for customers. That would be greatly appreciated and ensure ease of transactions for both parties.
