Nice place. Food quality is average. Service is below average. We ordered two pizzas: Hawaiian and pepperoni. The Hawaiian was okay. The meat on the pepperoni was almost all black. We raised the issue that it was overcooked. However, the feedback was that their pepperoni is like that. Well, that is not the usual pepperoni I have ever tried before. Maybe this is Pizza Hut's standard. See photo.

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. The service is pathetic – they are slow, forgetful, and have placid faces. Pizza sizes are very small, with not enough toppings, and the base is too oily and sticky. Even the drinks were bad; we tried the Mango Tango and a honey lemon juice, or something similar. The location is also not easy to find. Still, for just a couple of drinks, one personal pizza, and a standard large pizza, you pay over $53. It's better to opt for Domino's instead.
Don't get me wrong, Pizza Hut at other places like Vivocity is really nice. It's just this particular outlet that isn't worth it.

Came here for dinner today. We waited quite some time before we could get seated for our group of 5. Orders are now placed online through their website, which you can access by scanning their QR code. Also, condiments like cheese and chilli flakes are not available on each table; instead, you have to request them.
We ordered the Cheesy 7 meal for 3 people, which consisted of a cheesy pizza (with 3 different toppings to choose from), a choice of drumlets, truffle penne, and a cookie with ice cream. The cheesy pizza was really cheesy and quite rich. The crust was the normal thick, chewy crust. We had the 6pcs sweet 'n' spicy drumlets, which were good – tender, flavourful, and not too spicy. The penne was okay; the pasta itself was plain, but the cheese sauce and topping were good. The chocolate chip cookie was very sweet, but the chewy cookie paired well with the vanilla ice cream and Hershey chocolate sauce.
We also ordered another pizza, Tropical Dream, which was too sweet for our liking and had a strong taste of coriander(?) on the first bite. I think the sweetness would be a hit with kids, though. Overall, 2 pizzas, 1 pasta, 6 pcs drumlets, and a dessert were filling enough for the 5 of us.

I wouldn't comment much on the service as we were served by a girl with Down syndrome. The pizza was great, especially the new creation - Supreme Hawaiian! The baked parmesan cheese on the outer crust was uniquely nice!

Tried the new Chinese New Year pizza. If you thought pineapple was a bad idea on pizzas, wait till you try tangerines. The only redeeming factors were the ham and the cheese crust, which you can get on other pizzas. The yuzu drink was decent. Overall, the service wasn't the best as it was a little slow, but the staff were friendly.

Verdict:
It's best to order other pizzas after finishing a pan, as the idea is to eat them while they're still hot and the cheese still stretches, much like how your employer wants to stretch your working hours.
Start by ordering one slice of each pizza. Nobody's judging you. They even go around tables offering slices fresh from the oven, which is fantastic!
My favourite is the Satay Chicken because it's sweet. Manis siol... ❤️ Could lead to diabetes.
Least favourite will always be the devil's favourite, Hawaiian.
I guess it's worth it? Since each person ate about 1½ pan's worth.
Also, the company made the eating experience worth it too. I mean, eating with good company makes a difference.
Promo is ongoing for the next 3 Wednesdays, from 2pm to 9pm.
Come with an empty tummy, otherwise, you'll be very foolish. Sekian, thank you very nice. ❤️

Decent food in a comfortable setting. This Pizza Hut branch has a nice ambience and the service is good and prompt. First time ordering what they called a Splitzza, where customers can mix 2 flavours on one pizza. This solves the dilemma of what flavour to order if everyone's favourite is different.
Pizza quality is always consistently good, and the mushroom soup is yummy.
Conveniently located just beside the kids' play area at Westgate, it provides a rest point for the family to have a sumptuous meal after playing.

Nice ambience. We went at 9pm on a Sunday night. The floor crew provided good service. When we asked for cold drinking water, they promptly brought it to our table. We ordered pizza and fries. There wasn't much waiting time, and the food arrived fairly on time. The pizza was delicious, especially the stuffed crust, which was worth it – the best thing ever! While leaving, we asked the staff to help us pack our fries, and they packed them nicely. Overall experience - Good! We will definitely visit again.

The meal deal is okay. It includes soup of the day, pizza, and a drink.
The seating arrangement now has more long tables, which likely seats more people compared to the previous square and rectangle tables. However, it does feel a bit cheaper than it used to.

The sourdough takes quite a while to be ready, but the items are freshly baked! I enjoyed it.
However, the service could be improved. When I stepped into the restaurant, all the staff were using their phones. What were they browsing? Legit, every single one of them. Customer service definitely needs improvement. During peak hours with many customers, they did mix up an order and couldn't cope with the situation.
