We waited for 30 minutes for one of our orders, the Seafood Paella, because the staff initially gave us the wrong order (Chicken Paella). Later, the staff claimed their ordering system malfunctioned and our correct order did not go through, even though we had already successfully placed our order and the staff had printed out our order chit indicating the correct items. We had to follow up on the order about three times. Throughout our dining experience, I found that most of the staff were not very attentive. Perhaps I can give the benefit of the doubt that it was almost peak hour and the weekend (although we dined around 2pm-2:30pm). The seafood paella did not taste like paella at all; it tasted more like seafood rice. The serving was not that generous (as seen in the picture). For the truffle cream pasta, it was decent, but nothing special. There were only hints of truffle. I think it didn't help the taste that I waited for all our orders to arrive together. The food was underwhelming. Given that the price points are slightly higher than some of Milan Shokudo's competitors, I was hopeful the food would taste good, if not decent. However, I find it not to be value-for-money.

Went because there were free flow drinks. Thought it would be something like Saizeriya, with no-frills Jap-Italian food. I ordered the mix and match seafood paella, which came with fries. I can only say the fries were hot and good, and the free flow drinks were good. As for the seafood paella, don't bother ordering it; it was a bad choice. It had only 2 clams, 2 scallops, and 1 prawn. I was contemplating whether to rate, so I took a pic after removing the clam shells. But I guess I had to rate. Won't go back unless I just want the free flow drinks.

Service was underwhelming. Staff were standing just a meter away but didn't notice that we didn’t have enough menus. While it’s quite typical to get your own water, we were still charged a 10% service fee, which seemed excessive given that the staff only brought the food to the table and little else. On the bright side, ice water was free, but the food was average. Overall, not a terrible experience, but certainly not worth your time.

The food isn't great but it's edible and there's quite a variety. It's a good place to enjoy different food when you don't know what to eat, but the food quality is just okay.

Ordered the seafood paella, and it was so pathetic. There was only one small prawn, two small clams, and two small scallops. Aiyo, not worth eating! A set meal like this costs $13.90++++. This was my first time here, following family members, but I swear this will be my last time too. Not worth the money at all, and not nice to eat at all! Where do people sell food so stingily like that? I was dumbfounded. 傻眼

I went there in April on a Saturday for lunch. The service was faster than I had expected from the reviews here. The food was not all that bad, unlike some of the reviews I read. The smoked duck pizza was good, and the crust was soft, just to my liking. The focaccia is comparable to that of other similar restaurants. Overall, it deserves a revisit, and you should give it another try. Thanks.

I've had this before at VivoCity, but I feel the food and service here are even better. The dishes were absolutely delicious—the paella was flavorful, and the duck pasta was especially tasty. My kids and I really enjoyed everything we ordered. Elly, who served us, was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and happily accommodated our special requests. Her excellent service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

I went to Millan Shokudo Westgate today with two colleagues, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food. We would like to compliment Desmond for his excellent service. He informed us that we could purchase the cheesecake and pudding at 50% off the menu price, and he even assisted us with packing our leftovers when we couldn't finish everything. Keep up the good work! We had a pleasant dining experience at the restaurant. Thank you.

For its price, I really think the food is decent. You can't be expecting authentic Japanese-Italian fusion food here. The pizza is a must-try. Pasta, not so much. I also love the free-flow drink bar. It's affordable overall. You might want to order more than one food item since the portions are small. Other than that, the space here is rather small, so they can't split the tables to maximise the number of patrons. Do expect to queue during peak hours!
