Missing whole items from the order (sides, desserts). This isn't the first time; it's the same every time we order from this branch. The pizza that arrived also wasn't even cut properly (though that was the least of our issues). We tried to call in, but there's no branch number, only a general number to call that no one picks up. We were on the line for 30 minutes total but kept getting hung up on. We gave up in the end. Don't order from this branch; it's an absolute nightmare.

It has been 3 weeks since their reply to my review, yet I have not received any response from anyone at all. If Pizza Hut thinks that their generic reply can make people believe that they value customer service, I will debunk it here.
NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Either you hang someone's head at that outlet, or your own reputation. DISAPPOINTING!

It has been 2 weeks since I dropped my last feedback. No one has gotten back to me yet. This is extremely disappointing. Below was my message:
Delivery was supposed to be within an hour. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, I received a call from the Kampung Ubi outlet stating they were unable to cope with the orders and requested to wait for another hour. On top of that, several items became unavailable for whatever reason. I believe there should be basic courtesy to call in advance if the order cannot be delivered on time. The whole family dinner was delayed because of this. At this hour, it was already very difficult for us to order other food, hence we reluctantly agreed to the delayed delivery.
Surprisingly, the food came on time. However, orders were messed up and we had items missing - 6 piece hot wings and garlic bread. On top of that, they swapped our Chicken Royale with Beef Lasagna even though I had instructed them to cancel the order since they ran out of it.
I hope to get a response soon.
